Marshall was board out his mind. "Who thought being a government mutant would be so boring." He said with a sigh as he walked over to the door of his cell. "Hey Jeeves I'm hungry!" He called out as he leaned against the door.

As she walked past John whispered "your the only thing that makes me believe im not just another one of Vlads foot soldiers" his tone sad but caring. John heads off to the cafeteria

Adamaris just nodded and walked with him to the cafeteria, she got her food and ate quickly. She didn't look around nor did she want to she was ashamed of what was going to happen.

"I know you dont want to fight him,and I know its my fault you have too. For that I am sorry, if I could take your place now I would. How can I make this right?" His words full of remorse

Adamaris sighed and looked up at him, she grabbed his collar and pulled him down. "I want you to remember, I want you back." She whispered gently, then she let go of him and got up. "Where to?"

"The gym" Johns voice was shaky "Dont underestimate your opponent...If he works here he wont be a pushover. I dont want to see you get hurt"

Adamaris nodded, she knew this would be hard. "I don't want to hurt them anymore."

"One day we will be free from here and you will never have to hurt anyone again"

Adamaris smiled a bit. "Lets head to the gym." She said quietly.

"As you wish" John lead the way. He remained quiet unsure of what to say if anything

When they got to the gym Adamaris looked around for a second before shifting. She walked around and looked up at John. "Where in the world are the others?" She barked looking around the gym.

Roxy jumped back as the panel by her door sparked. The door slide open. Roxy knew she would probably going to regret it but she was done being stuck in her room. She wanted to make her way to the mess hall but knew that was too risky. So she went to the gym instead. "What's going on?"

Adamaris looked at the girl and tilted her head, she shifted back and although her clothes were ripped they were still acceptable. "I have to fight someone."

"Hello Roxy. We are waiting for The guard adamaris is supposed to fight today." John quickly turned back to Adamaris " I guess Vlad isnt done with the rounds. Even your opponent hasnt shown yet"

"Vlad is visiting Hitomi. I doubt he'll be here for awhile. Got to re-enforce all that programming you know." Roxy leaned against a wall. "Interesting Vlad choice to punish you by making you fight. His punishments are usually alittle more.... Personal."

Adamaris frowned. "I know, this one isn't his punishment its his." She jerked her thumb towards John. "I know how...personal Vlad can get."

Roxy tilted her head in confusion. "Why are you taking John's punishment?"

Adamaris bit her lip. "He is now Vlad's right hand man." She glanced at John sadly.

John stood cross armed "woke up a medical bed with no memory. Vlad was kind enough to fill in the blanks, but some of it seems to be lies"

"I see. Vlad is very found of that trick. That's how he got Hitomi wrapped around his finger. Honestly I'm surprised he hasn't done it to all of us. But then I suppose he would get bored." Roxy shook her head. "I wouldn't believe a word out of Vlad's mouth if I were you John."
