Bad guys aren't the best to have in RPs.

It depends on the RP. With a military program you need someone who can be more forceful and I can't do that

But anyways let me just ask a few questions, Is it still a military base because an army of mutants wouldn't be part of the government seeing as they were still trying to make just a few with the subjects, would the guards be replaced by these mutants, are we seriously screwed over now because we are over powered by these mutants and if so why would we still be needed seeing as their is already an army of mutants that do fallow orders, and what exactly are these mutants.

Well I can answer some if those questions but not all. Technically it was never a military base. Just an underground lab. The guards probably should be replaced because my guards suck. The group should have been overpowered at the beginning. I meant the lab to be like a prison since the group is made up of cons. The only difference would be at the lab they would be free to roam, but there would be several guards to keep them in the facility.

Well Kargarov isn't part of the Military really... He is his own private investor that hopes to use the "Kids" To his own advantage... He never liked the military... and he holds most of his mutants at the ready when he needs them... all he really wants is the kids for his own use... So he made sure to... "Impersonate" himself wanting to help the government to get into the base... he never really is hoping they would last long...
