He used connections to monitor his brother over the years until Tony got in trouble with a casino owner and was sent to lockup. By the time Johnny showed up to bail him out Tony was gone and so where alll the records of his arrest. He spent alot of money to find out where Tony went and paid off the right guards at the lockup to talk. Now Johnny under a fake identity found a way to get himself arrested in an area the program had been scouting So he could find his way into the program to find his brother.

Sleep sucks, I can't sleep normally so I just go till i wake up near my alarm clock...or half on the floor whichever the case may be
