Brief Bio: Tough as nails an he knows it. Left the military when a stray bullet hit him. 5 years later he became the warden of Arkham Asylum the most deranged mental institute in the world. He believed in order and efficiency usually preferring numbers to others well being.

Brief Bio: Born Harleen Quinzel, she had been working as a psychologist at Arkham Asylum where she was assigned to the Joker and fell in love with him. This led to her adopting her own costumed persona, adapting the word harlequin, to assist him escape and cause further mayhem. Their relationship is passionate and continuously off-on, with Harley's best friend Poison Ivy constantly encouraging her to break up with for good.
Brand of psychosis: borderline personality with traits of dependent personality disorder
Warnings: Dr. Harleen Quinzel is allowed limited interaction with inmate Dr. Isley (aka Poison Ivy),
No contact between Dr Harleen and "The Joker"
No metal objects to be brought into cell.

Yeah sorry Ra's al Ghul wouldn't feet to well into the asylum. Also would Strange be before or after his criminal days started?

Brief Bio:Once was a briliant scientist, and had a happy life with his wife Nora. But Nora became ill and used Gothcorp technology to try and find a cue for her. after accident with Ferris Boyle, He became what he was and began freezing Gothcorp executives to death as revenge. He ad associated himself with other villains in hopes of bringing Nora back.

Brief Bio:Victor Zsasz was the head of his own international company and had amassed a large personal fortune in addition to his family's wealth. At the age of 25 his parents died in a boating accident, sending him into a deep depression. He turned to gambling, losing money in competitions around the world. One night, he ended up in a Gotham City casino known as the Iceberg Lounge, where he gambled everything he owned and ended up losing it all to the Penguin; afterwards he saw that his life was empty, driven by desire, and there was no point to his existence. While he was attempting to commit suicide by jumping from Gotham Bridge, a homeless man tried to assault him with a knife after he refused to give him money. Instinctively grabbing the knife, Zsasz saw in the man's eyes that all life is meaningless and that nothing nor anyone matters. He then proceeded to stab the man to death as a "gift" for saving his life. From then on, he dedicated himself to "liberating" others from their pointless existence
