Okay cool! I haven't had trouble with any other software on my computer, and even games work at a lower resolution the few times I've tried them. My computer can even run engineering software, so it really isn't that limiting :)

It seems that it was a fault in that laptop. Posted and I got a new one and everything is set back to how I love it. Didn't loose too much thanks to the backups. So yay me!

So does his race feel love?

And they do! I decided that they have just as wide a spectrum of emotions as humans. They don't choose mates out of love though. When they were still on their home planet, it would have been more common for couples to choose each other based on infatuation, but because they're dying out, their "spouses" are chosen for them based on the likelihood that they'll be successful at bearing offspring. So there are no expectations of love or romance, and Azdrei'in doesn't expect to ever fall in love with anyone. It'll be interesting for him to navigate those emotions if he and Artemis become more than friends later on :)

I'll try to get a reply up today for you! I went back to reread our OOC posts too, so I could remember what we had planned for the scenes coming up.

I still have to reread those myself. But I was thinking she would be the type to feel more attracted to him than humans. And take the time you need to reply. It doesn't have to be today. And I think it is more human to think she would end up as a pet to hi. Or a slave. Since that is all she can see. Since she is still human after all.

She just hears to be alone more than anything. And I assume there would be many other humans as well. Obviously violent ones as well as non violent ones.

Yeah, I could see that, since Artemis has already expressed that she finds Azdrei'in visually fascinating. He thinks the same of her but doesn't have the mindset of looking at her like a potential lover at this point. That will come later, after he gets better at her language and they start talking more and forging a connection :)

And I saw that we talked about including other immune humans too. Our characters will run into them later, after Azdrei'in starts going out again to continue his work clearing away any threats to his people.

I just reread it. Still going to see what exactly she is going to do. It can all be different ones. Some just want to keep their family safe. I also found it interesting if he would get captured by them. Maybe even the both of them. And her just as tied up as him. There are many ways we can go.

But at this first.. we should keep it a bit more simple.

Yeah, we have a lot of options for what we can do later. I'm excited for all of it! Super glad you hopped back on the site and we're continuing the story :)

Also I was busy dealing with a family issue tonight so I'll get my reply up in the morning!

And it could be so interesting. Maybe even her killing a perfectly healthy human to save him. The horror on her face because she did that. A group of people that actually are living peaceful. Maybe another group of cannibals.

A lost kid who's parents died... the options are endless.

Finally got done! It took a little while to get the character's voice back, so it took longer than I thought to write a whole post.

I also like the idea of a group of cannibals. That would be really interesting to explore. And the other ideas too

It would be interesring if he has to save jer from them. I will probably reply later on. I need to figure out how she is going to let him out. She will get him his device though.

I'm going to have her show him how to use the door. Since she is tired and she realizes that he probably needs to hunt. Leaving out her tabled and he could use that as well. She is starting to trust him though.

That post ended up being super long, but I'm finally done! Azdrei'in had a very busy night, haha. He'll be more fluent in English the next time he and Artemis talk though, which she'll probably love :)

She will adore that. Sadly I probably won't have as much, since she had been sleeping. I could just have her dream something and then take a shower. Dressing in something new and moving out and making herself some outmeal and coffee. Maybe she pulls out her phone and watches another episode of start trek when he is sleeping. Making sure to use headphones. I will figure it out. Though she will be intrigued by the other aliens of his race.

We'll be starting the Harry Potter series! Definitely won't finish all of the movies today, but we've been wanting to go through them for a while.
