OK so this mystery person can be detected via telepaths but cannot be mentally attacked due to something they have fitted on them but it can be destroyed but it is a small target. I think this can remove one of the problems with this little arc. :/

Well there is, the Professor and other telepaths are strong enough to disarm this intruder so to prevent that I had to give them a reason to cover this weakness.

I can't get phasing...corretly. Does it go through walls and the floors? Saying that it goes through solid thing-.....I need help @_2

Yeah. Walls, floors. Any solid matter. People. Doesn't matter. But, I believe you can select what goes through where. Kitty doesn't sink into the floor everytime she goes through a wall.
