Edit: Haruki the chair could only suck power away from her when shes in it, and shes not using her powers at the moment, just normal stength. Fun tip: If your being attacked, grabbing someone by both sides of the neck gives you full control of their body weight ^.^ My boyfriend is in MMA, and he showed me how to do that so I applied it here.

Though, the fact it is giving off the energy would restore her ability.

How common are super villains in this world, exactly? About the same as in comic books? And are all of our powers completely unique, or will there be others of the same kind of powers throughout the world (e.g. would illusionists such as MindWarp be a relatively common thing armies would have to deal with, or would she be a completely one-off power)?
