A swift kick to the front door and Lilith was inside, glancing around the fairly cozy front parlor that greeted her. She had been the first to arrive hours earlier and had been pounding on the door for just as long, there was only so much waiting she could do though and that was why the front doors lock was now completely shattered. "Auntie Gello! I'm here! Where the heaven are you?" Lilith called out though she doubted very much that her aunt was even home, after all her aunt was hosting the demonic failures and the chosen contracted humans not by her own choice but by her father Lucifers choice. After a few minutes of no response Lilith merely shrugged, making her way over to the half circle couch and plopped herself down knowing that soon others would be arriving as it was just past noon.

A sigh escaped her plump lips as she twirled a strand of her snow white hair around her finger, her thoughts turning to her one night stand who had been a very entertaining playmate. Would he be awake by now? Was he perhaps enjoying the fact his family was long dead thanks to the blood curse they had enacted last night? As the only heir it would be a matter of time before he had everything he could ever want, though if that were the case she'd probably be receiving a letter soon enough asking for her hand in marriage. I mean who wouldn't want to be with Lucifers little girl who could kill your mortal or immortal enemy with the mere slice of the palm and a hell of a night in the sheets?

But she wasn't interested in what her mother so desperately desired for her, she never wanted the throne to belong to her even if her parents were desperately trying to find a powerful suitor to make her reconsider. Still pondering about what her partner was doing she crossed her leg over the other, sitting in thought perfectly alright with the fact that whomever walked through the door would see a gorgeous demon dressed in a black leather body suit with high heels as their first sight within their new home. Not Gello, not a butler or caretaker, but the thirteenth princess of hell who had clearly arrived straight from a night out with hair that made it clear exactly what she had been doing... Or who she had been doing.

Someone walked through that door, but disappointingly it wasn't some handsome stallion that passed through the door's threshold, nor was it someone who she most likely would think about having sex with because it was her brother; Dexter was struggling to drag both of their suitcases through the doorway, his face scrunched up tightly as he pulled with all his weight "Hnnnnngh! Hnnnngh! Hnnnng-GAH!?" just as the boy pulled their bags into the room the force of the pull sent him sprawling backwards on his back quite unceremoniously, directly in front of his promiscuously dressed sister Lilith.

Dexter laying directly before his sister on his back, looking thoroughly embarrassed attempted to salvage some dignity and smile cutely with a bright smile and a slight blush as he sensed her thoughts that were of naughty emotions "Uh, look the bags are..." he cleared his throat waving his arms vacantly at the suitcases "In...Yay?" he added with an awkward cough.

Arrival of Adam and Sasha

And shortly after...

He was wondering why fate thought itself funny, and why it had brought him here. He could agree with such that he would eventually find himself in Hell, of course, but he was not amused that his arrival was quite a few decades too early for his liking.

Some scars adorned his arms, while bloody bandages hid others. It seemed he would still be wearing his hospital gown until someone showed him where he could get proper clothes. His stupid sister had to fuck everything up, bringing him down right when he was at the top, right when he what he wanted.

Adam smirked with enjoyment as it seemed she would suffer in Hell alongside him, he could hear her walking a little ways behind him, chasing him like a wild animal. It will be a pain in the ass having to see her at all, but this was Hell after all, and he expected far worse in terms of being tormented for the rest of eternity.

Now he was striding through the exquisite door into a comfortable chamber where he found himself staring at some scantily clad whore and some little kid that must have wandered where he didn't belong. The boy was carrying suitcases into the building, perhaps he was the son of some employee here, or something. The scorn on Adam's face made it evident he was not impressed.

--------------------------------------------

Sasha slowly followed after her brother keeping a distance from him, enough that he would not express his anger her at least. Fuck... regret swelled within her as it had every time she looked to long at her brother and contemplated their new accommodations. Hell... she and her brother were Hell, now servants to demons as per the contract they both signed.

Regret receded, and anger blossomed like a cold fire in her heart. Why was he so stupid? Why couldn't he have listened to dad? Why did he accept some contract from a damned demon of all things? She stepped into the room, and glanced around the interior becoming aware that her simple dress seemed out of fashion in such an extravagant setting.

Her eyes landed upon the two others in the room, and both had horned marking them as demons. She knew she had to obey their commands, lest she and her brother find themselves further punished for their sins...

She already felt changed, her hair has changed color, and her memories seemed clouded, like trying to recall a dream after awaking. Her brother hadn't physically changed that much, at least regarding the pigment of his hair, but she wondered if his memories were also affected.

🕈 Seiji & Empusa ♡

1st Floor Entrance Lobby

As the other residents of the Home began to get their bearings, yet another odd pair walked through the doorway. First came a young man, clearly Japanese, wearing a ruffled black blazer and dress pants as if he had been on his way to a job interview. Because of his age and height, perhaps, it still looked a bit like a high school uniform. Behind him, or rather, clinging to his arm with her head laid upon his shoulder, was a Demoness. Her striking figure and scant wardrobe challenged even the white haired beauty draped over the couch.

“Empusa?” The young man had to put a bit of effort in to pull his arm out of the bodacious bosom enveloping it, so that he could cross both of them with an exasperated look. The bags under his eyes, his sallow cheeks, and pale skin tone further emphasized how clearly “done” he must be. “I can’t help but wonder why we’re here.”

“It’s one of life’s great mysteries, isn’t it Seiji-kun?” The demon girl tilted her head to one side with a smile, her big green eyes wavering just a moment as she glanced around the room. “Like, we kinda already know there’s a God out there, since we’re here, but is there really a plan for everything? Does anything really have meaning--”

“No, I mean WHY are we HERE!?” The boy ran his hands through his unkempt black hair. “In this DEMON HOUSE! In HELL!” He crouched down on the floor with a groan, a waft of spiritual energy drifting out of his mouth as if he could just die right there. “This ain’t even my afterlife, man...My family’s Buddhist…”

“Aw, don’t be nervous! Look, you’re not even the only human here!” Empusa gestured to the rest of the group. With a charming smile and a bounce to her step--and seemingly everywhere else on her--she waved a slender hand back and forth at them all.

“Hello, everyone! I’m Empusa, and this is Murakami Seiji! He’s from Japan!” Said Earthling raised two fingers in a mock salute.

“Yo.”

@Queen of Aces@Dark Cloud “Oh, little Lilith! Look how much you’ve grown!” Empusa seemed to know the white haired one in the lingerie. Seiji didn’t look directly at her, but if his eyes strained any harder at the corners they were going to tear into his hairline. He gulped. Empusa, meanwhile, flounced on over to the smaller red devil. She stood over him with her hands clasped behind her back as she tilted her head, this time with a puzzled look. “I don’t think I’ve met you before, but there’s no mistaking that aura! You’re one of Lord Lucifer’s children too, aren’t you? Are you okay?”

@Chris488Meanwhile, Seiji tore his gaze away from Empusa’s rear and actually took stock of the surroundings. After noting that only one door--the one behind him--actually seemed like an exit, he made a quick mental note of which furniture might make the best impromptu weapon. Then he noticed two of the other humans and how...detached, they seemed. More focused on each other than anyone else, and they had similar features. Siblings perhaps, maybe even twins? He stood, dusted his hands off on his knees, and walked over to them.

“Sorry if she’s too loud. Are your Demons like that too?” He assumed that the white haired girl and the small red guy were their Contractors, just like Empusa was his own. “I uh...don’t suppose there’s a chance either of you know what’s going on here better than I do, huh?” As a means of greeting, he held his hand out to the boy of the pair. It felt odd, since normally he would bow, but these two didn’t look Japanese. As a matter of fact, he questioned if they could even understand him right now. He had never properly learned English, but Empusa had never seemed concerned about it...maybe there was some kinda magic at work here, like in those Isekai novels. The poor schmuck who got pulled into a world full of things waiting to kill him always got a bonus Translation ability or some crap like that.

“Well, well... quite the pad...”

Jael Ambrose stepped through the front door, a black leather suitcase in each hand. At her side was her trusty companion Bucky, the fire breathing goat-lion. Jael was dressed rather simply. A billowy, oversized gray overcoat that came to a rest just above her ankles. A pair of aviators rested on her nose and ears, concealing her red eyes as they scanned the rather impressive entry area.

She wasn’t the first to arrive, as she had seen several others show up already. Still, it was good to be among the first to arrive at this charming little retreat. She closed the door behind her with her foot and strode forward, Bucky closely at her side.

“What’s banging motherfuckers? Jael has arrived.” Jael announced loudly and proudly for all to hear.

Rosie walked cheerfully into the spacious building, from this day on she would live in this house. The question was would it become like a home to her. Rosie half jumped half walked, not able to her excitement. The girl couldn't believe she had actually made a contract with a demon. Maybe she would finally be able to fulfilll her fantasies about being in relationship with a dreamy bad boy demon guy.

There were already four people in the room, well two of them were actually demons: they both had a pair of horns afterall. Other of the demons was a woman, and the other one looked like a kid. How boring. The kid was pretty cute: she almost wanted to pinch his cheeks. But he was not what Rosie had expected. Where was her glorious demon prince? Nowhere in sight, that's for sure.

Rosie got closer to the human girl. Aaww.. where are all the hot demon boys?" Her cheerful appearance was now gone. The spark in her eyes was lost and her pouty lips were turned down. The girl Rosie was talking to didn't seem any more happier than her. "Anyways. I'm Rosie!" She smiled again and offered her hand for a handshake. Now she was looking at both of the humans. They looked pretty similar for some reason. Were they related, siblings perhaps?

Soon the room was filled with more people. This time with a two demons, both womens again as sad as it was, and a human male. Rosie looked at them in disinterest, and took her attention back to the possible siblings. What was she doing again? Yes, going for a handshake and introducing herself.

Lilith sighed as her brother finally arrived along with their bags, the damn driver probably forced him to bring in the bags himself. She was about to help him up when two contracted humans entered, then... she arrived. Lilith cursed as Empusa called to her, smiling as she dreaded interacting with demons who knew her from before. She wasn't the innocent child she was when Empusa had first met her, she was a grown ass woman dammit with so many more notches in her belt than this demoness before her who clung to her contracted human like a girl in... Oh this was too fucking good, Empusa was in love with this human wasn't she? Oh how juicy this was, to know the demon of artifacts fell for a human.

Lilith quickly helped her brother off the floor, smiling ever do sweetly while her eyes showed that she knew exactly what this demon desired. There was a very big difference between a demon in lust and a demon in love. Demons did not love...they fucked, hard. "Yes well I see you've been quite busy yourself so not noticing my growth would be difficult... Seiji wasn't it? Lovely to meet you." Lilith stated suavely before she turned her attention to the two others, wondering just who they were. "Hello I'm Lilith! And you a-" She was stopped midsentence as even more people arrived, nodding hello to everyone as she realized how many delicious contracted humans were around... More wonderful playthings.

That was until she saw a certain individual run through the doors, the stench of her father reeking on the innocent soul. It was clear this was one of her fathers personal contracts, a pity parade in a human flesh sack as she called them. Starla rushed in clutching her old knapsack with what clothes she had and the essentials, having refused her parents offer to purchase her new clothes before her decent to hell. So she was standing there in the doorway, panting in her white sweater dress looking as if she had run a marathon.

"Hello... Everyone... Am... I... Late?" Starla managed to ask in between breaths, Lilith rolling her eyes and turning away not wishing to look at the girl who her father pitied enough to offer her a contract. "Hey Dex I thought dad said that Aunt Gello was going to meet us here! Was I wrong?" She asked him, Starla recognizing someone ignoring her presence as her mother did it often enough. But she was determined to fulfill her job well, even if it killed her.

Introductions - Prologue in Hell

Adam had thought that there would be more organization in whatever operation Hell had going on, but it seems even demons and devils were disposed to laziness like men and women.

The dark hair man with foreign features spoke casually to him, and asked him whether he knew anything... well that makes two of us who don't know a damn thing.

He shook hands with this newcomer. "Fuck if I know, this is supposed to be Hell, but it looks like some rich kid's apartment.

Adam grimaced upon further glancing around at more arrivals, mostly annoying women with devilish features, but at least pleasing to the eye.

"I'm Adam."

He introduced himself, and wondered whether he would have to meet and greet everyone here, what a pain that would be.
He heard the other woman approach his sister, and shook his head with a grimace.

-----------------------------------------------------------------------

Sasha internally sighed, knowing that her troubles were only beginning. The people, no demons, here were not too bad so far, but she knew that the nature of evil was its insidious approach to corrupting a person, and ending with their self destruction.

She offered a nod of greetings to this recently arrived girl who was actually complaining about the absence of more demons... Sasha wondered if this girl was insane.

She offered her hand out, and noted how soft the girl's hands were, so unlike her dad's or her brother's. Strange...
The realization that this may have been the first time she physically interacted with someone outside the family occurred to her, however she was familiar enough with common courtesy and social standards to know how to introduce herself.

"I'm Sasha." She said in a softly, knowing the sound of her voice might triggers Adam's anger.

-----------------------------------------------------------------------

Then the white haired demoness approached and introduced herself as Lilith as another arrival walked through the door. Adam was grateful for this newcomer, as Lilith's voice was grating his ears already.

@Chris488"Fuck if I know, this is supposed to be Hell, but it looks like some rich kid's apartment.” The taller man returned Seiji’s grip, and he could tell the guy was a good bit stronger than he looked. "I'm Adam." From his tone of voice, he seemed like a rough and tumble sort, too. For the first time, Seiji noticed the bandages around the other boy’s arm and his hospital gown. As they each dropped their hands, he started to ask what was on his mind. Is this guy here because he actually died?

“Are you--”

@ShuAnother classy demon kicked the door closed as she swept into the room, causing Seiji to flinch from the noise. She wore a billowy, oversized gray overcoat that came to a rest just above her ankles. A pair of aviators rested on her nose and ears, concealing her red eyes as they scanned the rather impressive entry area.

“What’s banging motherfuckers? Jael has arrived.” Jael announced loudly and proudly for all to hear. Seiji raised both eyebrows when he saw the goat-like creature striding alongside her, and he completely lost the train of thought he’d been on. Adam grimaced next to him, and Seiji wondered if he had the same problems with that white haired Demon that the Japanese youth had with Empusa. Just then, another human girl--whose blonde hair almost made Seiji brace himself for impact--approached the group.

@Myling“I'm Rosie!” The new arrival wasn’t speaking to him, but Adam’s supposed sister. Seiji didn’t interrupt their conversation, but had to strain to even hear the human girl’s response. Sasha, as she named herself, seemed timid. Seiji stepped over to one side of Adam, standing next to the man instead of in front of him as he joined the taller male in observing their company. Another girl rushed in clutching an old knapsack. She panted there in the doorway in her white sweater dress, looking as if she had run a marathon.

"Hello... Everyone... Am... I... Late?" The girl managed to ask in between breaths.

@Queen of Aces“If you were, none of us would know it.” Seiji said, waving one hand as he rolled his eyes. He looked at the new girl, Adam, Sasha, and Rosie in turn as he spoke, and tried to lift his voice above some of the chaos. “All my Contractor told me is that it’s apparently in the Demon Rulebook that I come here to be ‘evaluated,’ whatever the Here that means.” He spoke more directly to the four humans now. “But it seems like there are more of them here than us? Can you make Contracts with more than one Demon?”

The very idea of a second Empusa in his life filled him with dread.

Aurora Greyhound - Entrance, 1st floor
Arriving at the destination...
________________________________________

Fire, the warmth of it so soothing that in the coldest nights, like a gift from home so cherished that it's mere presence renewed a person with enough vigor live in any world no matter how dreary. Like as if the flames itself could invoke some sort of life in surroundings, reawakening anyone lost in the dark of their soul, so weighed by stress and fear that a mere fire rekindled their desire to live and love! Something so powerful that no matter the lost of strength, one could rise to their feet again even with an empty stomach and bloodied body. It was as if fire itself had the durability of the human spirit to persevere throughout history, that in times of collapse or disease it remained flickering, as if waiting for someone to snuff it out- but no one ever did.

In Hell, it seemed as if fire had many different meanings.

Though finding a clear definition of what fire symbolized would be like finding a needle in a haystack- maybe it meant nothing. Aurora pondered this not in a manner of wise women questioning life itself, but much rather because her impulsive mind had been drawn to thinking like a cornered animal. She didn't enjoy it, she was terrified of it, to think like this, it wasn't right. Fire symbolized something, maybe to her family, but it was all lost on her as her mind kept changing subjects...Like where she was being sent to.

Aurora scoffed at the idea of being sent here. Gello's Home for Gifted Demons. Her arrival was an inevitability, like a lost soul looking for a home she struggled to walk, rejecting her new life and suffering through hours of loneliness with no impulse to sate in her endless desire to consume, to experience, to enjoy... as if all died around her and all that was left was just the miserable idea of merely existing. Nothing to play with, no one to talk to! Who could live like this? It was the most insanity-inducing thing she had experienced in her short demonic life!

...Which, one could imagine, when she noticed other people had arrived at Gello's Home for Gifted Demons, she seemed very invigorated. Palpable levels of excitement, like a pet finding their owner, something so undoubtedly full of energy that the most quiet and introverted would feel a tense presence around the big hellhound, all to eager to break into personal space and interact as if playfully socializing in an environment with no threats, no worries, no fear. Mainly because her only fear was ever being left without company in the first place. Her tail wagged as the commotion of various peoples could be heard while the front of the building was approached, imagining endless possibilities in her mind that kept her entertained, like as if the thoughts themselves kept her far from feeling alone, like that fire that burned in humanity.

As others had come into view, her pupils darted, brain silent, instincts flaring- she'd had come in like a all-too jubilant child coming into a candy store. Until her eyes eventually landed on someone to interact with...

After his sister hoisted him up off the floor, Dexter huffed haughtily and regarded both his sister and Empusa with a derisive sniff however his eyes were very telling as they were filled with fear and self-doubt.

"No I don't need help," he grumpily crossed his arms as he edged away from the other demon, something about her just wasn't right "I believe if we had met I would have remembered!" he told the demoness "Dexter." he bowed slightly but only just enough to be noticed.

"Nice to meet you," he began to smile but frowned and coughed awkwardly again like he had after falling "I guess!" he added trying to sound more demonic but failing as a smile kept playing across his face. He wasn't very good at interacting with females of either species and he couldn't help but crack a nervous smile as he desperately tried to save his dignity.

1st Floor - Entrance Lobby

A stale smelling wind blows through the door to flood the sizeable room, reaching corners it shouldn't have been able to and staying far longer than it should have.

Roses there are, with stalks of flesh and petals of steel, bastions of injury and hate.

Striding forth after this wind was a being, draped in white cloth from head to toe, and in possession of more limbs than any natural being could possibly have. There were hands where there should have been feet, and feet where there should have been hands. It's skin was a disgusting shade of grey, as though its flesh had progressed past the point of rot and arrived at the demarcation of pure structural collapse. Still it strode, undeterred and seemingly without notice of its own flaws. For joints popped and creaked disconcertingly as it went, its body swaying like a scaffold whose repair was long overdue...

The walls are peeling. Listen, train thine ear, and hear what secrets the dead have to tell when thou drawest near.

Eventually the demon stopped. Its hand-feet splayed out from beneath the folds of its robe, pressing firmly against the polished hardwood floor. Though it makes no sound nor movement perceptible to the naked eye, if those currently assembled listened very carefully, they would be able to hear the last notes of an oddly familiar song. Albeit one that has slowly slipped from memory.

The song begins the same way it ends...

In static and silence.

Lilith couldn't help but scoff at Adams comment, looking around at everything as she pondered if this was really what a rich humans apartment looked like. "I'm sorry but this is merely my Aunties summerhouse she spruced up for us since she was chosen by my father to host us. But this is nothing compared to what her actual house is like, nor is her own house nearly as grand as the royal palace. I'm not sure what your rich kids homes are like up there but to us down here in hell, the legacies are far better off than even my aunt. So this to us is nothing." Lilith explained before she turned her attention to her brother, taking his hand and squeezing it knowing that tone in his voice. It was clear he was nervous and there was no way in hell anyone would be bullying her big brother on her watch.

She stepped forward slightly in front of her brother, eyeing Empusa up and down before she spoke again. "No I'm not sure if you've met her. She only sees us whenever there's a grand event, so you've probably seen her in passing. Don't worry though, I'm sure we'll have time to get reacquainted very well won't we Empusa?" She asked giving her a look that stated plainly that she would absolutely destroy her if she ever fucked with her brother. Though her ears perked up when she heard that Empusa had yet to tell him what he was here for, her eyes lighting up as her eyebrow raised ever so slightly as if to ask Empusa 'Do you want to tell him or should I?'

Starla on the other hand had merely nodded her head as she was addressed by Seiji, slinking away to the corner wondering just what about her seemed to be a bother. Was it her looks? Her voice? Had she been late and truly everyone was actually upset with her about it? She was panicking lost in thought until she realized someone had made their way indoors, her eyes lighting up as she saw a hellhound. She was immediately intrigued, summoning what courage she had she made her way over to the beautiful demoness. "H-Hello there, can I take you're bag?" She asked shyly, cursing herself for stuttering which brought a frustrated blush to her face.

Lilith's attention was grabbed away from the interesting situation between Seiji and Empusa as Ogdranich entered the room, Lilith waving happily as she hadn't seen the entity in such a long time. She wasn't sure when she had first seen them but they were friendly enough, so Lilith was friendly to them as well.

He frowned deeply as his sister squeezed his hand, sure he felt nervous but now his little sister was acting protective of him? He was only slightly uncomfortable but now his cheeks burnt with embarrassment as she was acting like a mother hen "I-I can speak for myself Lilith!" flushed at the face, Dexter tried to pull himself out of her grip.

"Stop speaking for me!" breaking away from her and the other demoness the boy took a moment to look around at the others and the entity with a momentary shiver "S-stop treating me like a damn child I-I'm eighteen!" he said sounding annoyed as he raised his voice slightly, although he was sure she had the best of intentions he was still angry at her for acting like she needed to protect him.

However his fear intensified at the feeling of a pair of hungry eyes looking around the room, and although he felt like running his legs locked up and all he could do was turn to look at her.

Adam in Hell

Adam could admit that his understanding of extravagance and the appearance of the interior of a rich man's house was... lacking.

She just said royal palace though, which shouldn't have surprised him since he was in Hell, but still. Fucking Hell, and apparently this house was mundane according to Lilith. Mediocre.

He contemplated her words for a moment before an actual fucking demon walked into the room which caused him to involuntarily react and take a step back. His hand reached for a gun but of course he didn't have one at the moment.

Damn! He could do nothing but stand there like an idiot and watch as this monstrosity looms nearby. Seiji's words echoed in his head and he wondered to himself, what were these evaluations that awaited him? Would he encounter more horrors like that creature?

He simply nodded in the direction of his fellow humans, and waited while the demons conversed. He needed more information before he could act. For now, he needed to calm himself, and he wore a grim mask for the time being.

The little demon's words and his treatments at the hands of the older demoness reminded Adam of his sister and her own persistent pestering. It actually helped in that moment because it allowed anger to replace his fear.

Hopefully he wouldn't have speak with either of them for the duration of his time here though. Maybe he could tell the boy to man up more, or something, but he didn't want to involve himself too much.

Jael let her suitcases slam to the floor on either side of her as she crossed her arms and leaned back against the wall near to the door. She wasn’t in a particularly foul mood, but she was tired from her particularly tedious trip and a little cranky. Besides, things were a bit pandemonium at the moment anyway. The other arrivals of all shapes and sizes were interacting and dithering about.

As much as she wanted to leap into the mix and steal the crowd, she simply didn’t have the energy. Not at the moment. Bucky sat down next to her, coiling his lion tail around his legs.

Jael watched the crowd noticing that some stood out from others. The pure blood demon boy with the inferiority complex, the newly arrived and very busty wolf-demoness, the white haired penthouse pet, two people that looked to be siblings, it was quite a mix.

”Hey, sweet cheeks,” Jael blurted out at Lilith sharply ”anything to eat or drink here? I’m hungry...”

@Queen of Aces

She was...small.

There was a sudden fit of curiosity...Humans, they were so striking in their appearance given their more standardized looks, as if they were merely copied from a machine and while never quite the same in personality, their desires, emotions and bodies all felt the same. Be they rotund, thin, happy or sad, knowledgeable or not, they had the same problems throughout their history and the same ideas every now and again, repeating cycles. Ironically, Aurora never really saw them more than just wildlife, like they were merely a part of Human World's little cycle of life, death, misery and love, always enslaved to what heeded them their and then a slave yet again to wherever they were sent in the afterlife...They were, in another word, unnoticeable.

But Aurora's eyes lit up, curiosity replaced with excitement, she was even more energized with her tail wagging a bit faster like she just saw something she always desired yet never found. Demons always had their awareness of sins and failures, of constant pain living in the endless flames of Hell, but seemingly never afflicted like it the same way humans were- there was resilience in the constant terror. The pain and torment normalized to a point where the most horrific events were a boring repetition. But humans, normal humans were never normalized to it. In turn, Starla also seemed oblivious to it all, but she had something Aurora never saw even in most humans, something Demons lacked a lot of in her eyes as well... Innocence.

"Why hello there!" She may have been a tall creature, body in fur with sharp teeth and claws, but her voice was warm and joyous, as if meeting family "Rather a kind offer from someone so small, cute and happy." She leaned over a bit, eagerly getting closer to the charming human and if a light had been behind her, a long, wolf-shaped shadow would've casted over Starla. "So brave too, especially for such a small human, approaching such a big wolf like me...A bit like little red riding hood." What wasn't heard was her murmur "I think...?" after she spoke, Human fairy tales were something her family was aware of, fond of collecting even! But Aurora found them as boring as...well everything else not involving high-octane pleasure. "...Hope I got that right. Wait, didn't that involve someone getting eaten?"

She stopped her train of thought- albeit probably unintentionally, given how distracting the human was -and then pinched Starla's cheek and kept talking "I'll give you my bags, but I hope you don't hurt yourself carrying them, someone so sweet like you doesn't deserve to be hurt carrying something so heavy! And maybe you and I will talk later, okay? Hell is a dangerous place for humans and I wouldn't want you to run into anyone bad!" Despite making it seem like others posed a threat, Aurora actually smirked a bit, maybe if she instilled some fear into the humans, make them afraid of other demonic entities living here, she'd have more of their delicate, frail lives to herself...Wouldn't be the first time manipulating someone into paranoia drove them to her.

She slipped off the backpack and placed a suitcase right in front of Starla, though it seemed a tad reluctant- there arose a genuine concern she wouldn't be able to carry both! Nonetheless, she trusted that this servant of innocence would be strong enough.

Aurora then looked up, scanning the room a bit to gather who the other occupants were...

So much humanity, if it hadn't been for her past interaction, the wolf would've been already harassing the others! Especially since it seemed there was another frail and small women who had been here, along with two men, one who seemed to be a sibling of sorts to the other woman? "Interesting." She thought, they didn't seem to be getting along well...Devious thoughts clouded her demonic head, but she tried to stay focus- studying the other one. This man was seemingly...Japanese, perhaps? Hopefully all that time studying humans had her guesses right. Her thoughts repeated the same word- interested yet again in how there were so many different people here, he was trailed by a demoness as well it seemed. Then there were two other humans, but she couldn't quite get a read on them yet...

And so the demons were fascinating as well! Fittingly demonic, social and aggressive, perhaps flirty, at least relative to the poor and unfortunate human victims in the room. They had histories too it seemed guessing from the dialogue, it didn't fascinate Aurora as much as the humans but, the demonic guests were a very wild bunch, a bit on the more exotic side too- competition perhaps. Always more competition.

But then there was that...thing that floated? Walked? It had was entangled in cloth, a unseeing creature laid beneath- or so presumed by the wolf -as the door stayed wide open long enough to let it seeming drift into the building. Seeing it come into view was like witnessing a bad omen come to life, a sheer emotional rollercoaster of disbelief, fear, then acceptance all at once, overwhelmed by just how damn ominous the thing seemed. Aurora had seen strange beasts, Hell had them, dealt with terrifying things too- sure, there is a lot of that in Hell. But whatever that cloth-draped creature was, there was no comparison to what she had encountered prior, it caused her to feel the opposite of how she felt with Starla- no, even worse than that, it filled her head with absolute dread.

After a minute of being caught off-guard by the strange entity, the wolf upright and eyes remaining locked on it, fearful, animalistic, as if waiting to see it move like prey watching a all-too hungry predator, fearful of it even flinching a little...

She turned her head suddenly, as if another force had grabbed the sides of her face and turned her to stare at literally anything else. In turn, she felt a sudden warmth return to her witnessing an astoundingly tiny demon giving quite a talking to another, presumed sibling. Well, he was, until he too had been looking about the room- Aurora then smiled, flashing her sharp teeth and waved happily at him, all-too ready to socialize again!

Shaliak

It was with determined steps that the young man took towards the door of the building that gradually came closer and closer, his right hand reached out to open the door. There was no past worth returning to, no present worth to linger in, only the future could hold promise. But would it? Shaliak opened the door without hesitation, a suitcase in his left hand, his attire resembling that of a priest. Without the white collar or crosses however, and as black as the night. He also wore shin-high boots, which was normally not considered part of a priestly attire, aswell as a short black cloak.

Under the robe-looking attire, the young man had much tighter but also black clothes in the shape of pants and a dress shirt. Ofcourse he couldn't always dress in black, thus the suitcase was stored with some alternate shades of black, such as grey or dark grey. As when it came to the building to which he had just entered, there were already people within it aside from the obvious hosts. All with their distinct appearances, some were more extreme in their distinction if one were to judge by what could have been seen in the mortal world. A canine looking creature and something that looked like it had lept out of a lovecraftian piece of art. While no doubt the canine had a nose capable of prying, the other being seemed also to be a handful to say the least. Then there were others which appeared more humanoid.

His eyes wandered over all of them, giving them nods in greeting without saying a word however. This was going to be awkward wasn't it? Awkward as hell. But that would have to do for now, there were more pressing matters. To not intimidate anyone or pick a fight, while at the same time not looking like dessert. There was a reason for them all being there, he couldn't help but wonder why the others were there. He knew his own reasons, and where we needed to go. In time he would surely grow strong enough to fulfill his dream. Perhaps some of these would come to be of assistance to him? Yet he who fights with monsters...

He allowed his eyes to momentarily close as he pondered on what would lie ahead, the path would surely not be an easy one. But had his path been easy to begin with? The young man slowly opened his eyes again and observing the growing gathering of people. How many of those present were the results of the sins of their parentage? How different was it to be created and being born? Was the creator free of guilt for what it's creation would do? Someday the answer would surely be in his hand, perhaps created from it even.

Dexter suddenly felt the compulsion to approach the wolfish pureblood, he had simply used his heightened senses to tune into her emotions and unintentionally charmed himself by looking too closely. Looking rather idiotic the small red-skinned demon dazedly walked up to the tall demoness with a glazed over look in his eyes, while also completely forgetting he had just berated his sister for coddling him like a child.

"Pretty..." he said with an oafish grin in a monotonous voice, however suddenly he snapped out of his trance-like state with great embarrassment as he shook his head vigorously after which his cheeks burnt a darker red.

"Uh...Erm...H-hello there...You..." Dexter had to look up to see her face, desperately trying not to stare at other body parts like her cleavage "Nice to meet boo-Uh I mean nice to meet you?" with the suave of a fucking chad he totally didn't make a dumbass of himself, and he totally didn't just fail at greeting whoever this demoness was "I'm uh...Dexter...And you are?" he looked like he was in shock therapy with the pained expression on his face, desperately trying to keep his eyes from drifting below the demoness's neckline.

Dexter vaguely noticed another presence as he hadn't tuned out of his emotional senses, but this one was blocking the little demon's ability to sense their emotions. Glancing to the side he momentarily glared at the newcomer with a knowing look like 'I know what your doing.' but only for a second before looking back up at the wolf demoness.
