Ok so I kind of went a little off track, but I finally got the post out. Forgot to warn David about not plotting against the witch right there, but oh well.

Ok so I did make some brief edits to the last little bit. Mostly that instead of specifically saying human kindness, he just said he believed in humans, and I also changed his expression to be a lot more confident as well instead of just angry for that part.

@Zool Also yeah, thanks! I'll admit, I was worried how it would look to anyone who hadn't wasted an hour and a half on it, so it's good to hear it was so well recieved.

Jared will be reluctant, Chatak will need to prove himself with his actions rather than poorly spoken words. Also I love that Kensie tried to get Jared to lower his sword arm, still fully aware he is 10x stronger than her. But even if Chatak has backup the goblins would be dead. Anyways, I'll wait for Conscripts.

The seed has been planted, MacKensie might actually choose to help Chatak over the Witch and the Empire. Unity will sound preferrable to her. Right now though, with next-to-zero information and no time to sit and think, she's a bit ignorant to everything and just wants to get away from the giant graveyard. But it's all getting through her skull - Yakeru's teleport, Jared's split personality, David's identity issues, the Witch's strange methods - she will eventually be addressing it all, I'm not ignoring the detail in all of you guys' great posts.

Abilities: Flame Sprite Pact - Due to the circumstances of his summoning to the world of Aion, Lex and Enya, a desperate flame sprite have formed a "partnership" of sorts. Their partnership has formed a strong empathic link between the two allowing them to feel the presence of one another. For instance, if Enya traveled 3 miles west of Lex, he would be able to feel where she is, but it would be up to him to define the distance and direction based on an innate feeling. The two can also discern when they are feeling a strong emotion such as stress, pain, or even excitement.

Possession/"The Next Level" - Enya is able to possess Lex's body, allowing him to use pyromancy to a higher degree than even herself. During this possession, her physical body vanishes in sparks of red/orange. She then assimilates with Lex's being, transforming him into a fiery elemental form. In this form he can utilize pyromancy and create constructs of fire to wield as weapons in battle. Lex often gives way to his emotions as they seem to become more volatile in this state.

Enya

Description: Before being plunged into the fantasical world of Aion, Lex had played his part in a fantasical world of his own as fantasy comic book artist. Writing hadn't been his strong suit, but bringing someone's literature to life was a passion of his. There were the stressors, such as meeting tight deadlines and the expected critiques of his art style which made him lean on cigarette smoking.

It was a good life, but he always wanted something more. Perhaps if he could experience a magical world and the people in it like the ones he drew up. Interestingly enough, an idea struck him from out of nowhere. An idea for a character he wanted to sketch came to him. It was a bit random, but she was stuck in his mind. He had to draw her. It didn't have to be fancy. Just a pencil and paper. It was simply a fleeting thought, right? After so many carefully place lines and adequate shading… he had not finished. Instead, he called it a night and decided to get some sleep instead. He'd deal with woman tomorrow.

If only he knew the truth to that. When Lex awoke, he was no longer in his bed or Earth for that matter. Lex was in Aion, and he would meet the woman he had failed to sketch quite soon.
