Access to the great lakes would definitely be a big boon, especially for maritime trade of which Ronto could have become a hub. That said I think the US occuppying the area would only serve as a detriment to the development. Most likely the remnants of the American army would end up transforming into terrifyingly well armed and trained raiders harassing locals for decades to come.

I don't wanna be the one to set the pace. This is the first I've done with my version of the Enclave since before I came here, and I was the GM of that campaign. Would rather somebody else go before the secret military organization that seems like GIJOE and Cobra combined.

In Quebec, sure, but I'm not going any further north than the Ontario River.

Edit: does anyone have plans with Detroit or Buffalo NY? I don't plan on taking them, but I feel like Ronto should at least have relations with whoever's in those areas.
