Making-
Personality:
Shellshocked. Incomplete. Scarlett seems at a constant loss as to who she should be: kind and caring or ruthless and cruel. Adrift in the rift between these diametrically opposing viewpoints, Scarlett is unpredictable as a person, and hard to rely on in clutch situations, unless she possesses your blood from ritualistic sacrifice. For some reason, unknown or unspoken, this gives her complete faith and stability around her "sacrifriends".
They say, some never leave the hells of war behind, even when home.

Biography:
Little is known about Scarlett, before her return to The Clock Tower. Prior to that, records show that she received training as an Alchemist at the Prague Academy, and holds several service records and various medals of honor, including three Purple Hearts and a Silver Medal. However, her actual service is redacted with only a few hearsay mentions of an Aztec Ruin and Lesser Grail War that uncovered her Mystic Code.
Even more so, Scarlett is a mystery prior to her induction into the Prague Academy, Scarlett's history is shattershot with credit transactions that return to her throughout Eastern Europe. It is completely unknown if these occurrences are doctored, or legitimate, due to patterns of movement, the only return location she's is commonly known to is the academy she functioned as a teacher following the end of her combat service, and prior to her transfer into the Clock Tower as a "Wide Spectrum Academia Professor" - or, in layman's terms: a substitute teacher.
Why Chaldea opted for someone like her is unknown. Maybe it needs a substitute teacher, too?

School of Magecraft: Alchemy; specifically Human Transmutation with a specialization in Hemomancy through her Origin and Mystic Code.
Skills/Spells List
Alchemical Martial Arts -
Scarlett is trained in a fusion of martial arts and classical dance taught by the Prague Academy that focuses on Seven Formulae of Alchemy: Pyro, Cyro, Aero, Terra, Dawn, Dusk, and Ichor. Each follows Three Aspects Path of Alchemy: Analyze, Deconstruct, and Reconstruct, but differs in its “Steps” - that is, the movements of one’s arms and legs, and how they use their hands and feet.
Scarlett is most proficient in the Ichor Dance, as her study is Human Transmutation.Iron-clad; Cantrip -
A self-defensive Style that hardens a layer of the trace metals in Scarlett’s bloodstream against her blood vessel walls. Having an iron-rich diet, Scarlett can line her internal organs with iron armor for quite some time.Bloodline Bullets -
Scarlett's signature Alchemy, using the blood drawn by [Heartstring] in conjunction with the alchemical formulae built into [Heartbeat] to fire thirteen bullets per "magazine". Each bullet carries enough concussive force to rival a .500 caliber shot fired by a .50 cal rifle. Enough to put down most anything that breathes - or doesn't, in some cases.
As [Heartstring] requires more Blood than Magic, and not necessarily Scarlett's, the amount of magazines depends more on the abundance of blood around her to drain.
Using her own body for testing, Scarlett can drain a cup of blood per magazine, and roughly get 7 Magazines out of herself before starting to suffer medically.
As such, seven times is her hard limit for Self Reloads, as magic isn't so much of a deciding factor. External Reloads haven't gone beyond a single magazine.Amount of Magecraft Mana: B Rank
Mystic Code [Heartstring] -
This Mystic Code, for all intents and purposes, could be easily mistaken for an average sacrificial dagger, but is anything but. This dagger, created of a thick, obsidian blade affixed to the hollowed and shaped femur bone of a jaguar drains the blood of it sacrifices info the hollow as a crystalline powder that Scarlett transmutes into specialized bullets as the alchemical answer to Gandr. However, its true purpose is far more insidious than that, as Scarlett can directly interface with her sacrifice's blood, instead of draining it, and preform Alchemical Hemomancy, such as igniting the trace sulfur in their blood via the trace iron or electrocuting them with their own bioelectrical field through the trace copper in their blood; making this Mystic Code well-suited to torture, as well as sacrificial rites.
In addition to being a rather strong Mystic Code, this is supposedly the catalyst to summon Huitzilopochtli and his dragon Xuihcoatl.Mystic Code [Heartbeat] -
Commissioned as an attachment to [Heartstring], despite seeming the reverse, this Mystic Code resembles a CZ BD 75 Handgun, more specifically, the Police Model, indicating that Scarlett may have serviced in Law Enforcement during her tenure at the Prague Academy, however considering this Mystic Code is missing its standard grip and magazine housing, and consists of only the slide, its housing, the barrel, iron sights, and trigger speaks to the contrary.
In reality, it has a unique grip and loader that sheaths the blade of [Heartstring] and draws the powdered blood into the gun; inscribed with complex alchemical formula that Scarlett uses to turn the power into bullets. To reload, all Scarlett needs to do is draw new blood - including her own.
In spite of this, Scarlett recognizes this as a limiter on her combat potential and enforced restriction on the full power of her alchemy.CV: Colleen Clickenbeard (Riza Hawkeye)
