Honestly, I'm happy to see Genasi getting some love. I feel they don't get as much attention as aasimar and especially tieflings.

Alsooo, ooooo, Warlooock. Love 'em. Honestly I would play a Warlock in every campaign if I were more impulsive, lol. Genasi Warlock is pretty rare in my experience. Pretty poggers.

I thought the idea of a Genasi actually receiving powers from there genie parent would be a fun one to play with. So I am making an Air Genasi Djinn warlock. There is some overlap in abilities but it's for the flavor.

Ayy, the party is comin' together.

Since we have a Paladin-esque boyo, a Cleric, and a Warlock, I think I'll go for a more melee-oriented Artificer. Gotta get some o' dat frontline.

I think I can frontline pretty well. Right now I've got a +3 to con and 16 AC with 26 HP. Just trying to figure out how to upload the damn thing.

I know I saw Warlord is sort of like a secular Paladin, but they don't deal nearly as much damage since they lack spell casting and SMITE. Make up for it by giving temp HP, advantage and allow out of turn movement as well as giving up their own action to give someone else another action.

Also to make this easier on myself, my character is going to be a V Human named Wisher. An amnesiac whose forgotten pretty much everything (and why he doesn't know anything about what would otherwise be his home) and all he had was a piece of a banner and a heavily smudged note that began with "I wish" and the rest is illegible.

I'm playing a plastoid (always wanted to try one of these since they came out!) Old Great one bladelock but if @LostDestiny wants to do a Warlock, I could do something else. I'm early enough in character creation that I could move things around

Never heard of a plastoid, but the name sounds pretty alien so it seems we're all a bunch of weirdos lul.
I personally find Echo Knight the most interesting of the list if you're worried about overlapping(it's a very fun subclass).
I'm making an Artificer too, but honestly could not care less if you also play a machiney boi/grill, they will be different regardless.

Plastoids was from their multivers UA article, they're basically slime folk. They sound very alien, thus great old one or aberration being an interesting fit. Echo knight was a cool idea as it would be like the slime split in half to make a weaker double. All three had a cool psychic theme to them.
