He seems to possess no truly outstanding features, with faintly-tanned skin and lightish-brown hair. Some say his eyes are of note, being a gray-sky color, but they are easily overlooked. He does, notably, have a discernable limp. Personality ▔▔▔▔▔▔▔▔ Persistent • Efficient • Thoughtful • Kind-hearted • Stubborn Andrew is a stubborn bastard. He likes doing things his own way, and while he has an appreciation for 'the book' or any protocols that might be relevant to the situation, he doesn't let such things hold him back. He is a naturally strong and quick thinker, and lets that entwine with his natural instincts, which has served him well in all his years up to this point. Usually. Despite the strength of the logical side of his brain, Andrew still possesses a soft heart. Mind you, he has seen a thing or two in his day that he wouldn't want to retale, but he's far from cold. Occasionally sarcastic and not prone to sugar-coating? Yes. But cold? Not usually. It's hard for him to turn down someone in need unless it's a really bad idea and could get someone else hurt. Andrew doesn't always recognize his tendency to "over"think. Over the years a lot of bad things have popped up - things that Andrew often attributes to a lack of proper planning, even if such things were entirely incapable of being controlled. But, there has to be a logic in everything - so if you plan well enough, misfortune shouldn't befall you. Or at least that's what he believes should be true. Surprisingly, this quirk is actually pretty useful sometimes - but others can find it annoying when he makes sure everyone's shoes are tied and everyone who wants to is wearing sunscreen. |
