Okay folks sorry that one took so long, hopefully I'm back in the saddle now! End of the first day should hopefully come soon given everyone's quest progress, and I have plans to speed things up a little more either way, whether it's plot-focused (if people choose to engage with various hooks) or continues to be everyone doing their own survival-crafting grind.

Keep in mind, she's a Shaman, not an academic. "Spell-type" Skills definitely count for what would be considered "magic," by most, but Monsters and Demons can't always "learn" Skills the way the Enlightened Races can by actually, well, learning.

Also you could always just use Healing magic the wrong way and stay a punchy-kicker, lol.

Grunthor and Agar I'm pretty sure are close to wrapping up their own days and I imagine Akeno is getting there soon too, so I'm hoping the desync won't be TOO terrible. I tried to word things in such a way that there are still openings for interactions in between Esfir's sleep-skip, as well. Otherwise though, yeah, Esfir is basically progressing normally and has freedom to do whatever within the camp unless she just wants to beeline to the training circle.

She could, of course, also choose to skip out on the training entirely, though as she's seen so far the orcs certainly don't shy away from the idea of corporeal punishment.

Apologies folks, I had almost forgotten that this weekend would be Mother's Day so I had to rush to make sure I was prepared for that and ended up too busy. The update is still in the works though!

quick question, would choosing dusk vision take up the empty skill slot Agar chose for his last level or will that still be open for one of the harpy skills?

It would take up the Empty Skill Slot. For those who already have full Skill Slots, it could either replace an existing skill, or you could wait until you've unlocked another slot to select it.

The "level up choice" list is cycling, in a way, so that new options are added onto previously unselected options up until a certain point. Because Dusk Vision is an Orc Inheritance Skill (something they learn naturally over time) it won't disappear from the list for a long while yet.

It's a "named" encounter, but it'll be short since the Players are going to be varying degrees of superior to "normal" orc runts. However, these orcs are still more aware than wild beasts that only act on instinct.

She was at 95% for Tatzelwurm consumption last I checked, so that means Slash, Poison Attack, and Muffle are available to choose between if she has an empty slot.
