Beast Wars?

I'm toying with the idea of a Transformers: Beast Wars rp.

All original characters, essentially a different bunch of characters (both protagonists and antagonists) finding themselves in a similar situation to the characters of Beast Wars; stranded on an alien world and coming into conflict for one reason or another.

I'm leaning more towards an alien planet, though, instead of Earth. Also considering a poll for the kind of planet we'd be working with (only with committed players; don't sign up only to leave because your idea wasn't popular enough >:( ) and the kind of wildlife running around.

I'd be down for this as reruns of Beast Wars is how I got into Transformers. Would we just playing as Maximals? Or would we get the option to also play as a Predacon. As for the wildlife of the planet, I would say we should have Earth animals and maybe some aliens mixed in. Maybe that could be a plot point trying to figure out what brought all these different species to the planet? Anyways, I'm really interested in this.

Well my original post does say both protags and antags, so, yes! I'll even let players have 2 total characters!

I'm not prepared to start any player polling yet; I'd want to have the game more established, such as with more committed players (ideally at least 4, but I'd be willing to start with 3) and an OOC set up. Buuuuuut, your idea of mixing wildlife gives me what could be an interesting idea for a larger plot... No, I will not go into detail; just like the original series, y'all get to just figure stuff out in real time :P

Anyway, don't worry about submitting your suggestions yet, I'll need to see if there's enough interest to warrant an OOC and character sheet, first :P
