Ah crap.

I've lost track of who's moves has the bars and who doesn't.

As a result, I've either added too many or too little bars. So, I have to reset the bars to 'fix' the problem, more or less.

Kabling, as far as having the bars, any attacking move has them. Rest, for example won't, whereas Tackle would.

Okay. I knew that.

If they have five bars, does it mean 'X 5?' (X being the move.)

[Lugia]

No. That means X # {|||||-----} As in, add more of the |'s until they get to ten, then add a level.
If the move's higher than level 1 (no number), then add one for every # of times the move is used.
IE: Vine Whip2 would get two bars (these things |), whereas Tackle would get five if I used both of them five times.

At least we can joke about our "rivalry", KaBling. Meanwhile our Treaty against the Axis Powers (Scraggy) shall not be in vain. It worked for the Germans at the end of WW1, right?

Ultimately, the Germans became Nazis because of the Treaty of Versailles, before settling down as normal Germans again.
