Just guess. If that fails, make it up, and try to keep track next time.

Mate, this is exactly what I warned you about.

Now... I can guess probably around... I still have no idea. It can range from five times to thirty.

And there's my catch-up. Only the last paragraph or two is really relevant, it's basically Shannon paralysing the Tyranitar then being flinched by Dark Pulse. Don't worry, it's a spread move in Mystery Dungeon, you'll all get affected too, just not as badly. (◉‿◉✿)

Sometimes I'm surprised Game Freak chose to make a move with such implications, considering their child-friendliness; You're forcing emotional trauma onto your opponent to inflict mental damage. Appropriate for the type, but a little unexpected.

Well, they also have a move based on the practices of some of the more corrupt samurai during which they would test their swords on random commoners, and aim to kill.
Ever hear of Night Slash, AKA: Crossroads Killing? Child-friendly, he says...

Anywho, funniest thing, I was actually planning to start the next portion of this fight as soon as you posted, OR as soon as the next group of posters finishes.

I know the Night Slash backstory; It's not like there's only one or two surprisingly dark things in Pokemon. The sudden contrast of those things is odd, though, between feeding your beloved Lucario cupcakes one minute and telling it to traumatise some passerby's Fletchling in the next.

I suppose, but, it makes more sense when you consider that the dark type is called the 'evil' type in Japan.
Anyways, unfortunately, I think I should still wait until the others post, if you don't mind that.

Card Captor The passing through Kamen Rider

I'm just going to go on record here and say that all of Kamina's level ups prior to the start of the RP came from getting beaten up. He's been in (and lost) a lot of fights. Were he able to fight back at the time, he might already be a Gyarados. I also now deeply regret making him part Fire. If I had the chance to go back and change it, I would make him part Fairy with Fairy Wind as his new move. I originally picked Fire because it had one of the weakest moves in the game, which I felt would be fair. However upon seeing everyone else...I'm starting to think I made a mistake. The idea of a poor little Magikarp getting brought back from the dead as a Dragon slayer (because let's face it; that's what the Fairy type is) is both hilarious and epic at the same time

Well... Fire also has some of the strongest moves out there.
Ever hear of Flare Blitz? Don't worry, he'll be fine, and we may have a fairy type at some point.

I'm not worried about him being under powered (Hell, Magikarp is the Trope namer of Magikarp Power, I'm just upset that I missed a really fun opportunity
