I just generated it from this thing that makes two words fit in the style of Blue Archive's logo. If ya want, I can probably do some extra stuff like change up the colors, make it transparent, etc.

Leuvalt's colors would be red and gold, whereas Wund is not any one family name, but rather a name often taken by exiled Rekordian nobility when banished from the country. Blue would be a fitting color for them though, I figure.

It wouldn't specify - the only way to tell would be to pay attention to what's being written as the scroll and quill stop near a person.

So how far away is the construct-spy now?

It would be many miles southeast, to the point of being perhaps multiple months of travel by regular means to get there. A rough estimate of the region would put it between Vaal Kastrix and the Western Neutral Territories, somewhere by the coast.
