Since the third floor is more or less accessible now, how are the Guards/Nicole responding to this? Are they going in as well?

Guess I'll also ask if Raja has appeared at all also, considering how big the commotion has gotten.

The guards are hanging back, while Nicole had already disappeared out of view into the 3rd floor. Raja also has not appeared as of yet on cameras.

Mmm, if Otis sent a message to her Adapa regarding the current situation on the third floor, would she respond?

It's possible, though obviously he wouldn't know without sending it out and seeing if she responds.
