Katrice slept using Dragneels back as a pillow, they took shifts keeping watch and while the others slept Katrice got out extra canteens and filled them up she also took a good amount of the bear meat and seasoned it with herbs she found taking other parts and cooking it. Then she rationed off all of the meats so they would have some for the journey. She kept the rest of the meat which was only a leg and a half and cooked the half saving the other leg for the morning. She gave some to Aiden and some to any who took it. "Charlotte mind if I use your pole? I want to make some fish rations."

Charlotte helped with the bear. "well...it doesnt need to be pretty, it jus needs to work..." she looked at his machetes "but...i would like you to forge it with the metal you most rely on" she then looked at er brother's sword and felt pitty for it.
She nodded to Ktrice's question

Katrice smiled and took the fishing pole, she headed down the river until she saw a small lake. "How did we miss this?" She asked Dragneel, Dragneel just barked and sat down. Katrice sighed and set up the pole, she cast it in and waited. After an hour she had six large fish, she smiled at the catch and prepared them in the lake. She went back to the camp and cooked the fish, rationing it off as well. "OK I think we are set food wise. Anyone have canteens that need to be filled?"

Aiden grinned as they finished carving up the bear, thoughts of bear roast dancing through his mind. "Well I mainly use ebony myself, strong and fast, but it is up to you."

"i see..." Charlotte shaked her head to Katrice's question "..then i'll leave the choise to you" she said and prepared some thick branches to use as skewer

Katrice sat cross-legged on the grass and smiled. She looked around at her company and thought of the area they were going to. "You know what I should make? I should make some walking sticks I heard they are helpful." She said energetically, then she went to gather sticks. She found long fresh sticks that had fallen off the trees. "Won't bend or break." She muttered, then she went back over to the camp and started sharpening the tops of the sticks she coated both sides in poison and put each end in the fire. When she was done she had poison coated walking sticks. "The poison is just a glaze and it won't hurt until its in you, but the top is sharp so be careful." She said and she handed them a stick.

Aiden smiles at Charlotte "Ebony it is then. Want any design on it?" He asked before he noticed Katrice. "Ohh thanks gorges." He said with a grin as took one the walking sticks she made. He looked it over for a moment before giving it a few swings. "Can't bet the old fashion use of a club can you?" He said with a chuckle.

Marianne couldn't sleep, so she got up to go have some of her bear. When she went out however, she found her bear was gone. "MY BEAR!" she cried, suddenly pulling out the hilt of her whip. "COME ON, WHO DID THIS, I'LL FIGHT YOU WITH MY-" she suddenly stopped, and her expression softened and she got a wide grin. "WITH MY BEAR HANDS" she yelled before keeling over in laughter.

Katrice took out half of her rations and Marianne's. "I rationed it off, here you are." She handed her the food and the walking stick.

"If I may interject, a katana isn't exactly the best blade for hunting monsters." Mateiu said as he looked down at Charlotte and Aiden. The others seemed to be turning in for the night, however Mateiu wasn't quite ready to sleep, naturally he decided to take part in the conversation involving what sword Charlotte wanted made for herself. Before he continued, Mateiu tossed his canteen to Katrice and thanked her for offering to fill the canteens, "A katana might be good for slicing soft bodied opponents, but it won't do much if you run across something with armor, or maybe thick scales. For that you'd need something meant to chop or pierce, like a claymore or a scimitar." Mateiu explained as he began to draw his sword from it's sheath yet again, "Or perhaps if you're dead set on a curved weapon, you could try something similar to this. See how the blade is thick and curves inward? Its so that I can cleave through bone, or cause bone breaking dents in armor.". The hunter examined Charlotte silently for a few moments, as if trying to decide what he thought might not only fit Charlotte, but what would be a good sword for combat, "Aha! I got it, what about a yatagan? Its sleek, but at the same time strong enough to hold up against a strong beast or person.", Mateiu looked to Aiden as if waiting for input from the blacksmith, given that Adien was more adept when it came to the knowledge of weapons.

"as i said before, it doesnt need to be pretty it just needs to work" Charlotte said while taking one of the sticks "however, if you want to lose time with the design its fine by me" he killed some ants with the stick. She heard everything Mateiu said "how about a katana longer than normal? it would be heavier and would make more damage...hmm..an extandable katana?"

Katrice went and filled the canteen for him. She brought it back and gave it to him smiling brightly. She went back over to Dragneel and laid back on him. Dragneel didn't move and instead stayed there as if he was a pillow.

Marianne finally stopped laughing, and sat up. "You guys are almost unbearable, I've bearly heard any form of apology" she said before laughing again. She then began to dig into her bear, she then spit it out. "ARE YOU KIDDING ME? THIS IS BEARLY COOKED" she said, before realizing what she had said, and began to laugh all over again.

Charlott rolled her eyes when she heard Marianne's bear jokes, no wonder why she hated Marianne,"bears bears bears and bear cubs" thats all Charlotte hears when Marianne is around

[Epiphany]

"Goodness, you people sure do cause a ruckus." Helona woke up and rubbed her eyes, it was still nighttime sadly and these people were still mucking about, "Keep it down would you? Some people are asleep. It wouldn't hurt to take guard duty, but please, inside voices." She gestured by pretending to seal her lips shut.

Marianne rolled her eyes at Helona. "Please dear, I've... bearly made a sound" she paused and then burst out laughing.

"What was that I BEARly heard you." Aiden smirked as he called back to Marianne. "And I can't Bear it when people Bearly speak. It drives me Bearserk." He chuckled as he turned back to Charlott. "I've never heard of a extendable katana before seems like a pretty interesting idea." He said rubbing his chin then looking up at Mateiu. "Not good bone breakers no but they are fast. Like these." He said pulling out one of his machetes. "Let's me get in find the soft spots and get out nice and quick. But I see what you mean mate." He rubbed his chin as his mind went through the possibilities

Mateiu pinched the space between his eyebrows as Marianne continued with her bear related puns, he may have been one of the more peppy members of the team, but there was only so much a man could take before his patience wore thin. The silver lining in the situation was that Aiden seemed for approve of Mateiu's idea, however said silver lining was eclipsed by the fact that the blacksmith had joined Marianne in making the puns before approving the idea, "Dear gods above...ok this needs to stop.". Mateiu sheathed his sword and slipped back onto the branch he had hung from, then slipped down the tree and behind Marianne with barely a sound, "Hey, Marianne?" he asked as he loomed over the bear hunter with a slowly forming grin.

Marianne, upon reflex had pulled out her hilt and had pulled the trigger, the snake-demon wrapping around his waist, she ducked and turned around to see who had done this, and would of tossed him in the air if it weren't for the fact she recognized him. She sighed and pulled the trigger twice, and the snake disappeared. "You really shouldn't startle me like that. I... bearly recognized you" she said with a wide grin.
