Nacine sighs, looking nervous, which is extremely rare for her. "The important matter is.....I'm worried about Rex."

Klostrun raises a brow and leans forward. "How so?"

Nacine glances over at Klostrun. "You can tell he's getting close with a member of the Alliance.....and he's generally one of the first ones here, and he still isn't. I'm not sure which side he's on anymore...."

[Saarebas]

"He could be held up by one of the other acolytes. You know as well as the rest of us the importance of not letting this place be found." Klostrun said with a slight frown.

Nacine nods. "Anyway, I've been doing some...research. Delving into the forbidden sections of the library, forgotten long ago. Most of the Acolytes probably don't even knew it exists. And what I found....it might just be the key to our victory."

Aaliyah sat down and stayed out of the conversation, she knew what was happening was jealousy.

Klostrun rose from his seat, news of a victory against the dragons was something he had been waiting for years for. "What is it?"

[BlitheCrescent]

"it's just a bunch of old legends, but....they tell of a time before the Dragons ruled. Before they asserted themselves as our Gods. A time when even they bowed down to a greater force.....the Riftwalkers." She shrugs. "I honestly don't really know what a Riftwalker is....but....if they were once powerful enough to defeat the Dragons, it could be possible that, if they still exist, they could again."

Klostrun held back a smile, though his lips did twitch for a moment. Yes they were just legends but he and the rest of the rebellion now had something to put their faith into besides just their limited skills. "That's... good news." He said in his usually warm tone.

"I don't really know much else.....So unless either of you have news, I guess this meeting is dismissed."

Lily shrieked, dodging it just barely. It burned some of her clothes. "REX!!!!" She glared at him, looking pissed.

As she glared at him, her eyes flashed to a dark blood red. She fought to keep her anger down, plus the embarrassment at having g her clothes burned.

Aaliyah got up from her seat and left, she had to walk around her ice trail back to her room where she got changed and laid back on her bed.

Klostrun gave a nod to Nacine before exiting the room. He walked the halls for awhile before he found himself at the door to Aaliyah's room. He gave a slight knock on the door before speaking in his usual warm voice. "Aaliyah?"

Aaliyah got up and opened the door. "Yes?" She asked Klostrun.

Klostrun let out a slight sigh when Aaiyah answered the door. "May I come in?"

Aaliyah nodded and let him in. "What do you want?" She said with her arms crossed, her face was cold like it usually was.
