I had the idea for my character being a shapeshifter anomaly disguised as a scientist, but how is he supposed to just show up at the foundation without causing suspicion? he isn't mean't to be suspected until a dead scientist is found in their office, because Loki turns his hand into a blade and stabs.

I have an idea. It wouldn't be the first time the foundation has recruited an anomaly thinking they were a human. You could have actually been hired.
Or we could say that you have a cognitohazardous ability that might help you avoid suspicion

You could also have them have already been employed for a bit and gloss over their recruitment as something that had already happened.
