For just starting Galactic travel 4 already fully developed is a bit insane, and I doubt the Haches have the ability to get outside of the local group, so there going to be competing with others to colonize new galaxies.

- once they have their magic back
- with their ability to engineer and create huge spaceships
- high-tier weapon amplifiers

Uh, I think that creatures thing counts more as a Chemical rather then Biological weapon Tehalpha.

chemical is in reference to chemicals, like poison gas and stuff.
Biological is in reference to something living. A biological weapon could be anything from a dog with a bomb strapped to its back [Horrible, but was tested during WW2], to a genetically-engineered disease, to just rubbing one's face on a blanket and giving it to Indians, and infecting them all with Small Pox.

And what do you mean? You can't do poop if they can't do poop, and if you don't know something is wrong.

I think most weapons professionals would classify there poison as a chemical, it has to be actual bacteria or virus, or parasite, or a living thing to count as a biological weapon.

And that's what I said, about chemical and biological weapons. They're using the Basilisks as trained dogs, which means that they are living, which means that they are biological, when you said chemical.
