Update to log; we have discovered that subjected a second time with Experiment 69's abilities makes ones Powers permanent. This is a double edged sword but it seems we need soldiers. With what has come of the world. It is time to give the world and super powered military.

Madison is been in the care of the facility ever since her Powers manifested since then she was given up at the age of 12. Ever since she has only known people is hazmat suits, white walls and nothin about the outside world. He body is use to warmer temperatures and any hotter still has her sweating so cooler temperatures are a blessing in disguise. Madison's weakness is Power dampening tech involving Palladium but it not only weakens her but too long of an exposure is ruthless to her body. Little exposure makes her sick like she has the flu or as if she is extremely exhausted. Further exposure is her body feeling pain and nothing till she passes out. This is in larger doses. Smaller doses involve feel lingering breathless to feeling nauseous. Bigger doses cause straight pain and feeling like it's burning the skin it's touching.
In devices Madison is fine. Exposed Palladium as a coating or mixed in something is what is the most toxic even with a decent healing factor and takes longer time to heal.
