Liz laughted. She had lots of different reactions to her ability over the years but no one had ever accused her of stuffing them full of stuff like a lab rat before. "No what I did isn't taught in medical school. In fact I would be surprised to learn that it was taught anywhere. It isn't any type of drug. I simply healed you."

Julius woke at the sound of cars going past his home. As usual he had slept in as it was nearly ten am. Julius sighed he would have to talk to his boss about getting earlier contracts as he hated wasting half the day like this. After a few minutes of shuffling and shaking of the morning daze he got his suit and trench coat and made his way into the world.

At this point it was rather obvious that the woman was somewhat non human... but how, was yet for Stephanie to determine. "Wait... you're seriously suggesting you just can cure people single handedly like that, without assistance? You think you're a wizard or something?" Stephanie tried to ask as innocently about her own whereabouts as possible. "I mean, that's crazy talk you're saying... but you've pretty much proven yourself, so you really just... do it like that?".

"Pretty much. I can heal almost any injury. I'm a witch not a wizards. Wizards use spells I do not. As I'm sure you know there are many nonhumans in the world." Liz replied easily.

Julius walked down the street and after a few blocks stopped in horror for he forgot his weapons! Or so he thought, Julius padded himself down quickly and searched his pocket and to his relief found his two smith and Wessons, several knives and several other illegal, military grade, experimental and mostly untested weapons.

Stephanie was about to answer when she was suddenly caught off the fact the nurse said she knew this already. "Bravo." Stephanie said delighted, clapping few times like audience. "I will admit you had me there." Stephanie said, before coming few steps closer. "But if I had been human, is this really the normal situation here? Because if you keep doing that, it won't be taking long until news teams start surrounding this place, or religious fanatics, or even some governments men..." Stephanie continued before sighing. "Alright, so how much is it? I assume five minutes healing from wounds like that doesn't come off too cheap." she said, already going for her wallet.

"My ability allows me to easily tell the humans from the nonhumans. I have real medical training and drugs for the humans. As for the cost your welcome to donate whatever you feel is fair." Liz replied comely.

"Alright then." Stephanie answered with a smile as she grabbed her Mastercard. "I hope you accept these." she then said with a smile. It had been so long since Stephanie could feel free to speak to someone without accidentally slipping something suspicious, that by seeing someone else like her was worth the cost... not exactly like her, but beggars weren't choosers. "So found yourself actual hospital to do work in? I couldn't think anything more suiting for a witch like you." she said, looking the reception room. "Business doing good? To be honest I haven't even heard of this place before. The cab driver just dropped me by half accident." she then added with a slight laugh.

"This place was a gift. I could expand. But those that need my services always seem to find me so I never bothered to do so." Liz took the credit card and swooped a charge of one hundred dollars before handing card back."

Stephanie bowed slightly as she got the card back, not minding how much the nurse had taken from her account. "Thank you... do you mind if I... uh, stick around for a moment?" Stephanie then asked openly curious before blushing slightly. "...Sorry, It's just been so, so long since I've seen anyone non human around, so I thought... hmh, nevermind." she stumbled on her words, readjusting her jacket. If she was holding hospital up by herself, Stephanie assumed she had far more important things to do than some awkward chitchatter with her, so Stephanie just nodded before turning to the doors.

"You can stay as long as you like. The clinic is never very busy. Which gives me a chance to rest in between healings." Liz called after the woman. "My name is Liz by the way."

Stephanie stopped at the door as she heard the nurse. Turning around her smile was even bigger than before. "Nice to meet you Liz. Mrs. Norman... I mean, Stephanie Norman." she said with awkward chuckle, slowly walking back. "So is it just you around being... you know, like that, or you have family, contacts of some sort?" Stephanie asked out of curiosity. "I haven't been able to catch on anyone... well, apart from you now of course. Would think the world is smaller than that." she said, looking outside again just to double check sun was shining out bright and clear, even if it didn't matter in the bright electric lighting inside.

"I have friends but most if them aren't in the area. There are hundred of different types of nonhumans in the city. We have to became full not to be discovered, but if you know where to look and what to look for you can find them." Liz answered.

Julius pulled his coat closer to him for there was no a strong wind and it was making him quite cold. To a passer by he would have ether looked like a drug dealer finding business or a man from 1940 walking from one end of town to another. Julius trudged on making his way to the location where he would complete his contract

Miyuki soon reached the park and she walked inside, happy that not many people were occupying it. She wandered around for a few minutes before making her way to the playground. She sat on one of the swings, her feet not even coming close to touching the ground as she sat there. A wind blew by, making her long white hair blow around her and fall into her face, which she idly pushed back. She sighed, looking at the ground. Her and Mamori's parents death anniversary was tomorrow and she honestly wasn't looking forward to it. Mamori would be brooding and silent all day and Miyuki knew she wouldn't be able to stay in the house with him like that so she wondered where she would go. She contemplated taking a walk in the forest by their house but with her lack of direction she would get lost in minutes. She sighed again.

"Yeah, I really don't know where to look." Stephanie said with bit of a chuckle, shortly cut off by muffled buzzing in her purse. Stephanie sighed, as she opened the bag and grabbed the cell phone that was on silence. "If you'll excuse me for a moment." she said, turning slightly away from Liz as she started talking. "Mrs. Norman on the phone... mhm... mhm... what?... you'll just have to deal with i-... and still you didn't call me earlier?... well, I was having a bit of a moment... yes, I understand... fine".

Stephanie then closed the phone, still smiling though the news were far from pleasant. "Uh... sorry for the quick call. Seems like there has been bit of a hassle last night, seems like I need to be on the move already." she said with bit of an awkward laugh. "But hey, now I know that if I scrape myself on a broken glass, I know where to come to get patched." she said, deciding it was best if she wouldn't start telling anything about where she exactly needed to go.

"You're welcome anytime. Good luck with dealing with the hassle." Liz replies with a smile. She was curious about the call, but she wouldn't ask. She had learned not to intrude on the peoples person space along time ago. Sometimes it was better not to know. With the clinic empty Liz wasn't sure what to do with herself, so she sat at her desk and began writing emails to her friends.

Once away from her house Bethany rode her bike furiously, relishing the feel of the wind against her as though she should have been born with wings. The main route to the Library seemed dense with fog for some reason. Avoiding this deathtrap waiting to happen, Bethany pedalled away in another direction. She could go through the park and take the long way. But even though it was longer, the way to the park was clear and the soon strange fog was nowhere to be seen. But there were some odd people around. A girl was sitting on a swing-but wait. There was something odd about her. Bethany couldn't look away, even though it might have seemed rude. She kept her eyes on the white-haired girl as she got closer. Unfortunately this cased her not to notice the larg rock in he path. Soon she found herself separated from her bike, laying on the ground with the wind knocked out of her. She really needed to start wearing a helmet.

Miyuki tumbled off the swing with a yelp when something or it seemed, someone landed in front of her swing. The young kitsune blinked, sitting up and staring at the girl laying on the ground. She sat there for a moment, dazed before she scrambled to her feet, almost fell over again then peered down at the girl with large green eyes, her white hair falling in a curtain around her face. "A-Are you ok?" She asked in a shy and meek voice.
