Yuuto

As he continued watching the hokage and the other ninjas, he took a moment to be aware of his surroundings. To his shameful surprise, there were now quite a few people watching the session as well. Maybe he had gotten just a little too focused in it.

He considered leaving there and then, but so far it seemed like there was no threat to him. Besides, he had just spent several hours looking for either an exit or a place for a decent breakfast, he doubted he would get anything done even if he left now.

Kai was being as quiet as he could possibly be as he crept down the hallways of the Konoha police HQ. He had been here twice while still a member of the hidden leaf and he knew his way around. What he didn't know was why the shift change was still going on. It had been nearly six minutes since he had infiltrated the building and he still hadn't seen or heard anyone.

Something was wrong.

The Eight-tails couldn't sense anyone. He hadn't heard anything. No sign of movement from inside as well.

Too quiet.

He could hear the occasional creak but he couldn't hear any voices. It was as though if they were there they were trying to stay quiet. Which meant something else was going on that he didn't know about or they knew he was there.

Kai looked up as he finally heard a few voices one floor above him.

"It's weird isn't it? I wonder where the rest of the force is?"

"I heard the Hokage is at the training grounds right now. Any chance to see the hokage in action is a worthwhile event."

"The others must have headed over to the training grounds then. I don't blame them."

Kai shook his head as he saw a nearby window and quietly opened it as he slipped outside the building. The documents he had been looking for must have been moved but they could wait. First he had to get away from the HQ so he could inform the others about this without fear of being caught.

Anko Hyuga

The quiet sound of the wind's gentle breeze was so relaxing, it felt nice and refreshing, the ideal place to be at the ideal time; and the perfect weather. Perhaps Konohagakure would always be the best place to live, regardless of what might happen with it, there was no denying that it was placed in a gifted country. The woman stood over a hill which gave her view of the whole village... A perfect view in fact, but that was because she had her byakugan activated. Over the years, she had developed her doujutsu so much that she was capable of seeing things from far away without any hindrance. By far away, I mean really far away. She could identify Jinchuuriki apart from the others, because even their tailed beast's chakra wasn't hidden from her sight, but she couldn't identy if her target was there, at all. It was time to move closer, so she deactivated her byakugan.

Anko was dressed in average shinobi clothes... In fact, average konoha-nin clothes. She wore a simple, revealing top with a padded shirt over it and an open flak vest over them, tight black pants and black sandals. The hitai-ate with konoha's symbol was embbed into her shirt's sleeve on her left arm. Ah, just because it should be worth making note of this; the Hyuga clan seal on her forehead had been removed, so it wasn't visible at all. The seventeen years old took a few steps back, nearly stepping in a young man who was unconcious... or perhaps dead, laying on the ground movelessly. A casual 'oops' escaped her as she raised her leg stepping on him; he had been the source of her flak jacket and other konoha-nin equipment. Without caring much, she took a deep breath before stepping through the gates.

Noticed? Unnoticed? For now, she didn't know. The village wasn't as movemented as it normally is, there was a gathering in a training field though, so that might've been the reason. Crossing her arms over her chest, the young woman strolled with as much casuality as she could muster, her eyes being a black shade thanks to simple transformation jutsu; she could only hope that she wouldn't be lucky enough to walk by an Uchiha or another Hyuga with their respective doujutsu activated, since with that, they'd easily notice the chakra covering her eyes and changing them from the light violet shade that the Hyuga usually possessed to the nearly black, lifeless and common eyes that she 'had' now. This would probably be a long day, and Anko was starting to feel insecure inside her village once again.

... And then, perhaps destiny decided to gift her with luck instead. She made her first turn and caught out of the corner of her eyes a slippery youngling leaping from a window. Not any slippery youngling; her very task had just felt from the sky, literally. Without hesitating, she approached the boy, smiling as sweetly as possible.

"Hey, you! I think I know you."

"Hey, you! I think I know you."

Uh-oh. Kai thought as he fought to remain calm and keep his face from betraying any emotion as he looked over the woman who was currently smiling at him.

Gyuki. Can you sense anything off her?

Not really. But based on her stance I don't think she means us any harm. For now at least. Just talk to her and be prepared to run if you need to.

Got it.

"I...uh...I think you have me confused with someone else." He said with a fake smile and in a confused but pleasant voice. "Who exactly do you think I am?"

Ryou put his pointer finger, by his mouth hoping Shira would understand and stop talking. They hadn't been noticed yet, but if Shira kept talking they might be. He nodded his head. They had gotten some information, but Ryou was really hoping they could ommit some details about how they obtained this information. But, to be honest, Ryou really doubted he'd be able to keep a secret from Kii. He'd probably end up cracking, tell Kii everything, and watching as Kii had a heart attack. Tightening his grip on Shira's arm, he continued to slowly lead them out of the forest. When and if they made it back into the more crowded part of the village, Ryou would breath a sigh of relief. "We should probably head back to the warehouse." They had obtained enough information for the day. Maybe tomorrow they could follow the boy Shira recognized as a jinchuuriki tomorrow! That couldn't be too hard, right? And then they could return to Iwagakure and be like, super secret heroes that no one even knew were heroes. But the officials would have to be proud! Tsuchikage and the Republic officials would have to be proud!

5 Kage Summit-

"Don't worry milady, it won't be wise for them to try anything. If they are foolish enough to do so though, I won't be taking any prisoners. Especially, if they manage to harm you in anyway." Hayasa said with a smile as he was patted by his beloved Kage. Then again , the Hokage's jounin is a Uchiha, not to mention that he's one as well. That means that Kuso won't work on either one of them so I'll have to resort to water and wind type jutsu. Hopefully everything goes smoothly and we don't have to worry about having another war. He thought while following the Mizukage, keeping an eye out for anything suspicious.

Konoha's Training Grounds-

Tesla continued to watch the spar, slightly impressed at the leaf's capabilities. She barely noticed the many ninja coming to watch the but someone out of the ordinary had caught her attention. What is a samurai doing here? Are the samurai assisting the Shinobi Republic or is he secretly helping Konoha? She thought before slowly approaching him. "So what brings you here samurai?" Tesla asked, looking the warrior dead in the eye while waiting for his response.

Mizukage, Serena.

"Ahn~ ah..my..my! don't worry my Hayasa, everything will go smoothly." Serena breathing in pain heavily in front of her bodyguard, "Of all this time, they have to call a summit, we don't have much of a choice." Serena doesn't feel well but despite all that she still came to the important meeting.

5 Kage Summit-

"Are you alright milady? Come and climb on my back, I'll carry you the rest of the way." Hayasa said, concerned for his Kage's well being. He crouched down low enough, expecting she would let him carry her the rest of the way. "As long as I'm here, you don't have to overdo it, so try not to overwork yourself, okay?" He asked milady Serena. He didn't like seeing her in pain especially when it wasn't necessary. Even then it bothered him, Hayasa wished to guard this woman forever, even if one day it would cost him his life.

Seranai continued to wander the streets until she saw some of the police force heading her way, she started to shake but they went right past her and she let out a sigh of relief, her fingers still shaking as she forced herself to keep moving. Although she was now heading in the direction that the police force was heading in and soon enough she was at the training grounds again with a lot of other people, this was good, she would not stand out.

Being in a crowd provided coverage but it also made her very nervous, Seranai had never done well in crowds as she fidgeted and looked down. It would appear that the Hokage was training some Genin along with a Jounin training the third Hokage. She remembered her sensei, Okani, telling her that strange things happen in Konoha as she laughed about a friend she had.

After being knocked down into the ground, Kota stood up, smirking among his heavy breathing. "Good job, Sharaiyu!" Although deep inside he wished Sharaiyu wouldn't have came into the fight, but he knew the important of strategic teamwork in this situation. As Sharaiyu dragged Oda towards him, Kota charged his chakra up, then began to focus it into his hand again. At this point, his legs were wobbling, almost as if he was going to fall and faint at any moment, but he had to go on. The minute it was done, still quite imperfect, he charged towards Oda from behind, grinning.

The Samurai General received the letter that was sent to him by the Ex Samurai. After reading it, his fury arose, and began to rip the paper apart. "What is a low-life like him doing, telling me to reconsider the position of the Land of Irons Samurai!" He sat down in the middle of the Gokage Summits council room, just as he did during the Jinchuuriki meeting. Outside of the Summit, Samurai were giving the Kage entrance inside immediately as they were spotted, considering they had the Kage hats on(or should, by this time.)

Yuuto

Yuuto saw Tesla approaching and raised his eyebrows by the fact she didn't wear a leaf headband. Was she a mercenary of sorts? Or was she a civilian? Could she perhaps have been sent to test him before they abducted him, so to speak?

Or maybe he was just too paranoid. In any case, it was quite clear that is "wandering traveller who just happened to have a sword" ploy wasn't going to work - he was much too obviously a samurai. The Ronin part, perhaps not so much.

"I was simply here for sightseeing." he answered the woman honestly with a small smile. "I was looking for the exit - I'm not the best with directions - when I came across this and I figured I couldn't pass up the chance to see the Hokage in action."

He considered asking about her lack of a headband, but he decided against it. Ninjas worked in mysterious ways, after all, maybe she was just on her day off. Or maybe she was just a civilian.

Shira Aburame

She quickly pulled her arm away from Ryou. "Tug me again..." She said giving Ryou an irritated glare. She didn't always like being pulled away from stuff she was doing, but she guesses that it's for the best. She couldn't do anything anyway, and when she does, things go wrong. She simply just walked ahead of Ryou and into the Warehouse. She then sat on a chair looking out the window. It was approaching Noon and already her day was over. "It can't get worse can it? I tried and that is what matters,,,"She thought to herself.

Oda Uchiha

Oda suddenly was grabbed by the invisible limbs. "So he is using his vectors heh? Hmmm... He thought. Suddenly seeing Sharaiyu's eyes and grinned and did a backflip causing Sharaiyu and Kota heading towards each other. Oda still realized that his hands are still binded by the vectors.

Yume
~5 Kage Summit~

"Well, yes, that is possible. The option has, of course, crossed my mind but that's not to say it's a good one," Yume had considered rebelling, like presumably most other Kages had too. Was it worth the risk for her entire village that standing alone had? Would the other Kages follow and step away from the Republic? It was hard to say. Yume was never much of a politician but as Kazekage, she had to be. She rubbed her fingers together, contemplating whether rebelling truly was a good idea. Saiyaka was twisted and had a mouth on her, but she had far more life experience than Yume. Was she really kidding? Something so serious batted away so easily would not work as well.

She took the idea of rebellion with her to the Summit - a long and tiresome journey. Saiyaka certainly didn't lie when she mentioned telling Yume a vast amount of stories, which she had no choice but to bear through. Her ears were sore, to say the least. But they were at the Gokage Summit and the snow fell as peacefully as snow could fall. "Hey Saiyaka-san," Yume mumbled, collapsing to the ground. "Can you carry me in?" She finished jokingly, a childish grin spread wide on her face.

Aiko

Ria clearly had something going on in her head after Aiko watched her perform a series of quick and precise movements in awe, the stances replicating dance. "KenTai ninjutsu?" What a name, Aiko thought aloud, realising that although Ria was an expert in what she did, she was still good old Ria. "I don't even have a weapon other than my kunai. I can't do anything other than ninjutsu and my hand-to-hand combat is... less than impressive," the redhead admitted, twiddling her thumbs and digging her left toe into the ground. "At least I can touch my feet," Aiko laughed, leaning down to the floor, keeping her knees locked together.

Sharaiyu immediately turned and moved away from Kota. As long as Oda was held by Sharaiyu's chakra limbs then escaping his view wasn't going to be easy. "Alright, he is an Uchiha, I can't get caught up in any genjutsu. I just can't look at his eyes and I should be fine. A regular genjutsu even by a master can be broken with ease if you know what you are doing but one from a sharingan is difficult no matter how you look at it." Another chakra limb began to wrap around Oda's feet to try and hold them together. "These limbs are starting to take a toll on me. If I am to help Kota in any way to gain an advantage, I have to it now." Sharaiyu reached in to his bag with his free hand and threw three kunai with explosive tags at Oda. His chakra limbs began to pull Oda toward the kunai and when he was close enough, Sharaiyu would detonate the tags. "If one is to truly train. You must move with the intent to kill."

The Rasengan immediately faded away from Kota's hand, seeing as he missed entirely. That ate up most of his chakra...but he was determined to win. Taking out his Ninjato, which he still wished was a Samurais sword, he dashed quickly towards Oda...but not before throwing down a smoke bomb, which he kept in his ninja tool pack. Among the smoke, he summoned a clone and threw him above into the sky. While the clone went flying up, which was quite a distance high, Kota jabbed towards Oda with his Ninjato.

~Saiyaka~

"I really hate the snow," Saiyaka would have stated. She brought a long sleeved jacket with a tall collar that stood up to her cheeks with a zipper that went down from that collar to the bottom of the jacket, which fell a few inches passed her waists. It was a lavender gray color and she didn't have it completely zipped up, but, due to the length of the jacket, her lips were hidden behind the material. She wore a skirt, a plaid navy blue, red and violet, and some mid-length black boots. Her legs were bare and numb from the absurd cold.

Saiyaka had been complaining about he snow and the cold ever since she stepped on it with her boots. It was colder here than she imagined and it didn't help that it was still pretty warm in Sunagakure. Though, the Sand Village did have equally cold nights, the snow made everything more intense. She didn't like it and was sure to let Yume know just how much she didn't like it.

As they finally approached the very place the meeting would be Saiyaka smiled from familiarity. It felt like she was here only yesterday violently attacking her student. Thinking about that reminded her of the fact that, at this moment, that student was in terrible danger. It motivated her to keep on and to get inside those doors to hear what this General had to say. Most likely, his would be words thirsty for war. Saiyaka wasn't sure if she Yume would follow them, but Saiyaka hoped she wouldn't. If Yume did decide to wage war with Konoha it would be for her own reasons and not this General's.

Yume paused a moment and Saiyaka looked over to her, genuinely curious. When Yume made the playful request Saiyaka couldn't help but grin behind her jacket. "Fallen for me already?" She took a moment to enjoy her own pun, "Saiyaka. No need for the formalities. I'll even let you call me Sai if you are into that sort of thing~" Saiyaka breathed, eyeing Yume there in the snow. "Stand tall. Everyone will be watching you, Little Wind. Besides, you look far too heavy. Been eating to your hearts content, hmm~?" Saiyaka sweetly called Yume out. "You'll break my poor, delicate spine trying to lift you up. Oh, but if we had Tsubasa here..." Teasing. And Saiyaka had went the entire trip without one mention of him until now.

Saiyaka would giggle before walking towards the inside of the summit.
Hopefully, no one would be stupid enough to ask her who she was without a "Please" and "Thank You" somewhere in the request.

Ryou nodded, taking a step back from Shira. It wasn't like he was trying to babysit her or anything- not really. Ryou was just afraid and rightfully so. One false step, one mistake, and Shira could be captured or dead. Ryou wouldn't really care too much about his own death, as long as his friends weren't in danger. Once they were safely inside the warehouse, Ryou started to ramble apologies. "I'm sorry. I'm sorry. It's just this is Konoha, you know? Everyone says it's suppose to be dangerous."

Ryou took a small breath. He could understand Shira not forgiving him for babying her, but Ryou would do the same thing for Kii. They were his friends and Ryou was pretty picky when it came to choosing his friends. When Ryou made friends, he was fully prepared to do anything to keep them... even if they hated him afterwards. "And it is dangerous, Shira. All I can think about is them capturing you and taking what they want and letting you die! Or... or... Kii. Capturing him and setting off as a bomb or something. And I can't stop thinking about it." Ryou admitted. They were children. They should be able running after expensive runaway dogs or training with their sensei. This was... insane and Ryou was scared.

After tearing off a few layers of skin off his lips, Ryou took a few slow breaths. "You did really good today and what you found can make this so much easier." And it would. All they'd have to do was follow the jinchuuriki.

Ria patted the head of her student, out of all the students she have, Aiko seem to be the one suitable for her teachings, Ria laughed along Aiko's stretching. "It doesn't matter if you have less skill now as long as your are determined that's what matters. KenTai Ninjutsu is the name of the move you are learning it consists of kenjutsu which varies in weapons, the art of weapons through swords, fans, daggers and so on. Taijutsu is the essential element of this jutsu, without flexibility and polished taijutsu skills you won't be able to perform it. Ninjutsu is the last and ironically taijutsu is the first and kenjutsu is the second, remember a ninja isn't measure in how much ninjutsu, genjutsu, kenjutsu whatever jutsu they have, taijutsu is the foundation and mother of all techniques. I share this philosophy and wisdom to you, Aiko as you are about to enrich yourself in the art of Kung Fu." Ria helps Aiko stretch more, it may hurt but it's worth the pain to train.

At that moment, Ria's clone gave a fan Aiko and put it on the floor while the real Ria is helping her stretch, "You may have the kunai for now, this fan will mark your journey of being a Kunoichi, take this as a gift."

The warehouse was very spacious. It was about 4 stories, but Shira and Ryou wouldn't have been able to go to those top two stories. They were mostly for business customers from other countries and was a large, decorative display of all the works that were produced here. As a warehouse that specialized in housing, producing and reparing manufactured goods it had a lot of mechanized hardware, most of it dated, and had large shelves that had bins and bins of thousands of different useful materials. Each line on each shelf had all the materials needed to build a certain type of object, thus threads were one place, bolts and screws another place and things like cutters and blunt striking tools were another place. It was fairly large, open and had a few dozen worktables scattered about. The warehouse smelled like iron, sawdust, burning wood and searing metal all at the sametime. On the bottom floor was where most of a lot of the large machinery was and where a lot of the soldering, welding, hammering and brazing happened and above was where a lot of the safer and more meticulous work was done.

The place was pretty empty at the moment. It was a warehouse that did most of its operations in the middle of the night until the early morning. There was an occasional manager walking about preparing for tonight or some other staff that were apart of the day shift and were finishing up their daily inventory. None of them would have bat an eye at Shira or Ryou. Kids coming in here was commonplace and, so long as they weren't stealing, they wouldn't be ushered out. No. They'd earn their keep later in the day.

"You two must be Ryou-kun and Shira-chan?" A husky voice would ask.
A young man, early 20s, walked over to them. He had a pair of goggles around his neck, wore overalls, had on thick black oily boots and had a dirty white shirt on under. The boy had brown eyes and a deep orange tan from years of working close to fire. He smiled though and it was a kind smile. He had a tray in his hand that had three bowls on it.

"Looks like everything went alright then? Here-" He'd say, offering Ryou and Shira that tray. He'd place it on the table for them. It was a pretty large bowl with a rice porridge. It was a little sweet and it had thin cuts of fried fish inside it. "Don't know if you ate...So Kii is still out then?" He'd ask them, watching them a moment. They seemed a little tense. Then again, most people that worked in this warehouse were hardly in a good mood at the start of work, "Don't worry. We aren't going to work you too hard. We are just going to have you move some stuff and then you'll be free to go," Taiho, the man, would explain. Unless Ryou and Shira had forgotten, they weren't going to be able to stay here for free. In order to blend in they'd have to pose as workers and that entailed, well, working.

"Really lucky too. We recently had a large number of people transferred. We've been a bit backed up. But, it made me getting you guys in here all the easier." Cheerful, he would turn and point towards a stack of at least 300 bags. The bags were black, rubberized-cloth, and they were tied with wire. They were all stacked in a corner messily and taking a lot of space. Ryou and Shira didn't know this, but each of those bags weighed a hefty 25 lbs. "You just have to take those outside to the back and neatly palletize them. The are iron rods, so they are heavy. Take your time. You guys have all night to do it. Tell Kii I said Hi, alright?" Taiho would say, placing a quick friendly hand on Ryou's shoulder before he'd wave to Shira and start on his way to the other side of the warehouse. He had a lot more work to do that they did, but his was a lot less strenuous.

With that number of bags and their weight...It would take the two kids forever to get them all outside with just the two of them.
Likely, that wasn't going to make Shira feel any better about her current situation.

~Kii~

"So this is the Hokage Manor?" Kii said aloud, enjoying a Popsicle he bought from a stand. It was raspberry flavor. He'd never had a Popsicle like this before. Kii slurped the sweet syrup caught in his mouth down before biting off the last bit of the Popsicle. Once it was gone he licked the stick before pocketing it. He definitely didn't want litter and toss it on the ground.

Kii watched the large manor a moment. It was really big. Kii squinted as he looked at it, wondering if maybe he could see the Hokage in it. Looking from one window to the next his scaled down the large structure to its base where Kii looked for anything strange or out of the ordinary surrounding it. Really, it seemed so very ordinary. There were a few people taking pictures, others relaxing beside it, and many just going about their business around it. Even here, by one of the strongest ninja in all the world, everything was docile. Kii still couldn't see this place being the warmonger that the academy described it to be.

Kii decided he'd see if he could get some random information then.
Kii walked over to a man that worked nearest to the Hokage. It was a fairly large weapons shop. It really wasn't a huge wonder, Kii assumed the Konohagakure Academy was probably pretty close to the Hokage Manor. This was an ideal place to set up a shop and, looking at the assortment of weaponry, it was doing well. Kii found himself gawking a bit, even managing a sigh of surprise, as he took in some of the incredible weapons all around the shop. Ryou would have loved to see this shop. It was even larger than the shop Ryou's parents owned. Kii was sure he'd have to bring Ryou here sometime.

"Can I help you, little boy?" Turning around, Kii saw a middle aged man with glasses. The light reflected in his eyes making it too hard to actually see the color of his eyes. For some reason, Kii felt like the man was glowering at him.

"I-uh-Well, I'm new here and I saw this cool store and, I, well-" Kii purposely stammered and purposely adverted eye contact. He needed to act stupid, weak, and lost. That was the best way to get the information he needed. Too much confidence could leave an impression and that would be to his disadvantage, especially if this man became too curious. Looking like some nosy kid, which this man must get all the time, would enable Kii to slip and ask about the Hokage.

"Really? That is...So interesting," Condescending. Kii could tell this guy was really buying the act. It almost felt insulting to be spoken too as if you were some idiot child...Even if you were pretending to be one. "This is a shop for warrior and ninja. You are neither. I suggest you go find some toy store or some candy store to go drool in, little boy," He would say, motioning his hand to suggest Kii leave.

"Ah, yeah, I mean-you are right and stuff, but, I just...What was I trying to say? Oh yeah!" Kii said, trying not to smile but a slight grin found itself on his face. He was honestly laughing at himself at this point, "I really think ninja are cool. Do you ever have the Hokage come in here? I bet he's really amazing! Since I'm new I really wanted to see the Hokage, but, well, I think he's sleeping or something...?"

The man sighed, pushed up his glasses, and frowned, "I don't have time-" He started.
"Please! Please tell me about the Hokage and I'll leave! I really want to be like the Hokage. I'm a huge fan. I-I even think about going to become a ninja...Even though I'm already pretty old," Kii said, trying his hardest to look depressed, but he couldn't fully wipe the smile off is face and it just looked like a messy grin.

Sighing again, "The Hokage has been in here before. Actually, fairly recently," The man said, looking away in thought, "I'm assuming to be better prepared on training his students. Seeing as so many Genin failed, he has personally decided to train students. That man is truly an amazing man. Despite his busy schedule he still takes out the time for his students," Admiration seeped from the man. Kii was honestly surprised, this guy seemed like a total know-it-all jerk. Kii didn't think he could actually compliment someone.

"No way! He sounds so awesome! Maybe if I become a Genin he'd train me too?" Kii asked, but the man was already grabbing Kii's shoulders and aggressively throwing him out.

"I'm sure that is the case. Now go and find something to do outside my store," He'd say, literally kicking Kii out.
Kii's landed face first in the dirt. The shop owner would walk back inside with an annoyed grunt.

"Hmm..." Kii would pick himself up slowly, dusting his new clothes off. So the Hokage has students then. Maybe we can talk to the students to get more information out of them. If push comes to shove, we could abduct them and store them somewhere too and use them as leverage. Figuring out who his students are will get us the edge we need. Still though, this Hokage... Kii thought, starting to walk down the road in the opposite direction as the Hokage Manor.

"Doesn't seem so bad..." Kii would breathe, slowly losing any reason to really see this mission through. It was day one, but all he saw was good things. Hopefully, he'd get the information that he needed out of the students. But, first, Kii would take back the information he had with Ryou and Shira and compare it with what they found. Maybe they'd even be able to identify just who these students were.

Maiko watched the Hokage's spar with Kota and Sharaiyu with fascination. what surprised was Sharaiyu's ability to create a limb made out pure chakra, Maiko had always thought that only Jinchuuriki and extremely powerful shinobi could pull off such techniques. he was also impressed by the young Uchiha's fighting skills, and he felt a small desire to one day fight the genin, if war broke out then maybe someday they would. if he defeated an Uchiha then his village marvel at his fighting prowess and he would become a legend throughout his village. it was interesting how Konoha had an Uchiha as Hokage what with the dark history between the clan and the village. but Maiko just guessed that it was simply the change of the times and now he was getting to witnessed the skills of the Konoha shinobi firsthand which would give a lot of information on how they fight which would come in handy if the mission went badly

"Maiko, I sense my brother the two tails is very close" Isobu said to him.

"really? whose his host?" Maiko asked very curious to know, he hadn't gotten a chance to know what tailed beast all of the Jinchuuriki on the mission had.

"The young member of the Uchiha clan battling the Hokage" the three tails answered. Maiko was surprised, so Konoha did have Jinchuuriki of their own, but was the Uchiha aware of the beast inside of him? after hearing Seranai's story about how she had only found out a few days ago about being a Jinchuuriki, he wouldn't be surprised if this genin didn't know about the two tails living within.

"in that case Isobu, we had better pay close attention to him, an Uchiha Jinchuuriki sounds like a very deadly combination and we better be ready to fight him one day" Maiko said to his inner companion.

"I just hope you don't get us both killed in your egerness to test your skills" Isobu replied, and Maiko laughed to himself. the three tails sometimes acted like his mother and fretted about him being too reckless, this was funny coming from a might beast that commanded insane amounts of chakra. Maiko continued to watch the sparring match, examining the fight very closely, looking for weaknesses and plans of attack in Konoha ninjas' offense and defense.
