Daisuke
Daisuke's attention focused entirely on the woman; he needed her experience now, more than ever; her view and her advices. He hoped deeply that she'd shred some clarity for him, and as she spoke, the boy crossed his arms in front of his chest, not daring to look away from her eyes. However, the first few words weren't exactly what he wanted to hear, even if they were... absolute truth. What was Daisuke compared to konohagakure's ANBU? Nothing. A single mistake and his death was likely inevitable. When she spoke about tearing the Ichibi from him and putting it on herself, his eyes widened in surprise; but the reaction only lasted a second, a sigh escaping the boy when she winked at him. Of course, a joke.
She continued, now speaking as a ninja and not his mentor. The words came out cruel, but Daisuke had learned that as a shinobi, leaving your emotions out of everything was a rule that one must always follow. Only by abandoning your emotions a shinobi could become stronger. There was something about what she had said, though, which the boy just didn't find right. Manipulated tools; was that what he was for his village? What every jinchuuriki was for theirs? It seemed like that, they didn't exactly care about the human being, they cared about the chakra being inside of them and how useful it could be to the village. This was horrible, but a necessity perhaps; the boy decided to stop giving it too much thought, he was certain that sooner or later, it'd be proved that everyone is more than a tool for a village; every shinobi is a pillar that holds it up. He had heard that somewhere.
Then, the blond's eyes shifted; he had been gazing intensively at her eyes until now, but as soon as she started to speak in a different perspective, he couldn't maintain eye-contact, deciding to look at her feet instead. Curious thoughts clouded his mind with each word that left her mouth, his hand invonluntarily moving up to his chin as he distracted himself for a brief moment, nearly lost in thoughts but still managing to understand what she was telling him, exactly. It didn't make sense; the stories... the stories. Uzumaki Naruto, Hatake Kakashi, Jiraya, the first five Hokages to lead Konohagakure. It was world-wide known that the Shinobi Republic was due to mainly Konohagakure's shinobi pursue of peace, so why leave a group that aimed for every village's unision? He tilted his head up to look back at her face again as soon as she said his name, blinking slowly, his eyes tracing that pretty face she had all the while her words sinked in his mind. I can't entrust my life to the Republic when I cannot understand it's motives or see its true colors. You shouldn't either, Daisuke. And then, she stepped a step away from him.
He tensed up, unsure if he should prepare for a possible attack that she might throw at him... She did had the habit of doing that, after all. But as soon as she gave a smile, one that offered no malice or vicious intent, his body relaxed naturally, eyes widening slightly once again, the boy's expression shifting in one that showed intrigue. Finally what he was hoped since she started speaking; that clarity which just gave him... determination. Option of choice. Individuality. And a request; he thought she'd ask him something which had to do with the mission, but then something made him think otherwise. The woman moved closer to him and planted a kiss on his forehead, it seemed a quite motherly act which Daisuke certainly wasn't expecting:
Do not die.
He returned a nod of his own, his thin lips twisting upwards in a sweet, friendly smile. I will not. He thought, but said nothing; he knew that he didn't needed to reply to that. He simply wouldn't die, no matter what happened this wasn't an option. With the last order given and with his sensei gone, the boy turned just in time to see the oldest jinchuuriki's outrage about his sensei.
"I'm sorry; I'm not sure of why she's like that, really."
And then.
"... Ah, hello to you too." 'hello are you guys the jinchuuriki' wasn't something Daisuke was expecting to hear in such casual manner, but oh well. The boy kept his smile, nodding his head towards the newcomer.
"And indeed, I'm the ichibi's jinchuuriki, from Sunagakure. Daisuke Fukui. I need to leave back to Sunagakure before heading to... Konoha." He grunted, some sand dropping on the ground behind him, forming something... like a floating platform.
Anko Hyuga
Anko was indeed a stern kunoichi, without much consideration for people as... people, but more for their abilities, whatever they were. For this, she respected her leader greatly for what he was; the Raikage, and a powerful, excellent shinobi. This was mainly the reason of why she was so loyal to him, even if she wasn't originally from this village.
Humming quietly, the woman nodded her head after the words were given. "Find and kill Kai Yatoma." She smirked. "Very well."
..
..
Then she chuckled; oh, what a surprise. She knew how to joke. Or try, in the very least. "So that's it, Raikage? Track down this man, test his abilities in battle and proceed to offer him a place in our village? It doesn't sounds difficult, however I will need a bit of information. Any file about him? I'd rather know what he looks like and where he was lst seen before leaving. And... My dearest apologies if this sounds rude or direspectful, but why are you interested in him?"
