That's what reminded me of Alucard, that, and your Gabe seems about as creepy. The red eyes remind me of Dracula from LoS2 though.

Alucard was a large inspiration for me after Martin's turning. There's some other characters that influence Martin greatly, but it's more fun to keep that to myself.

I am more a fan of the old Castlevania Alucard and Vampire Hunter D. Both are "good guys" and very self-controlled and badass... but it bugs me that they are both just a little feminine. Now Drac in Lords of Shadow 2 was seriously cool.
