-Enhanced Vision, including the ability to see entire electromagnetic spectrum, telescopic vision, x-ray vision, microscopic vision, infrared vision
-Flight
-Invulnerability
-Superhuman Stamina, Strength, Speed (including agility and reflexes)
-Super-Breath (includes the ability to make hurricane force winds, freeze breathe and able to pull large volumes of air or vapour into their lungs)

Weakness:
-Vulnerability to Sensory Overload
-Vulnerability to Magic
(Kryptonite is not included since her red ring protects her from it)

Equipment: Red Lantern Ring which grants her the following powers (She also has a Red Lantern Battery to charge her Ring):
-Rage Plasma (Red Lanterns can vomit plasma which is describe to be mix of acid and napalm, it burns even in space and feeds on the flames of rage, thus only living beings are affected by it, although it does affect energy auras.
-Energy Projection (Can fire blase of Rage Energy, which is like a concussive blase with very destructive capabilities).
-Energy Constructs
-Force-Fields (Can create force-fields to protect themselves and other around them).
-Flight
-Life-Support Dependency (A Red Lantern Ring assumes the functions of the heart and thus the ring cannot be removed without risking death).

I guessed. I meant it seems needlessly complicated to have two unrelated characters both called Captain Marvel. In the Marvel Universe it makes sense, but it seems kinda silly to have a Captain Marvel in DC Universe.

Probably. But then again, those drones are kinda like your zombies, they are meant to die (sorry drones) (I only put then as a CS to illustrate that they exist)
