I feel like the whole Data Corruption for Event Horizon would be something Vydia would check out or be assigned to check into at least.
The Saint Material sounds rather interesting though, her ACL would definitely come in handy, but the mystery of the last mission just sounds so interesting ; - ;

Also, would it be alright if I edited my characters abilities before IC post begin?
(I feel like Vydia isn't really at the level she should be.)

But isn't unintentionally ruining your allies' efforts more fun?

I'm kinda glad that I wasn't grouped with Ulysses because I'd like to survive at least the first mission... especially one that's been corrupted and probably as dangerous as "Event Horizon" would imply. XD

And on another note to the GM:

Will our Characters be given chances to develop their skills throughout the story? Or will our abilities are stay as is to what we have now? Just curious.

Yes, but Ekho might be good at stealth...if Ekho were to ruin her allies' efforts she would do the research...but Averus would kill Ekho o_o

Yes. The longer you stick with this, the more I will allow you to add to your character's abilities/gain equipment/boost current skills/etc.

Hey, Asuras, out of curiousity, how exactly does the concept of 'life' and 'death' work in the RP? As in...if you kill another Champion, do they die? Or are they just reconstructed by the servers that serve as their 'lifeline'? Same with other 'lifeforms' in the RP. Do they actually die when they're killed? Or is there a special way of killing them that doesn't relate to destroying their body?

Champions can be defeated/destroyed, but ultimately they all result in the champion being resurrected in the main hub. The only true way to "kill" (forever and completely) a champion is by deleting its data/destroying its server/etc.

NPC's (non-champion entities) can often be killed/destroyed as if they were real. They do not resurrect unless they're an essential part of Agar Mythos.

In regards to NPCs, would something that's created by a Champ be considered an NPC or part of the Champ? I can imagine that, if a Champion creates something, it would be connected to itself, and thus, be recorded in the server data of the champ.

Experience point penalties or something of a similar nature I would imagine. Or maybe it's like losing on a fighting game or somesuch, where nothing happens as that would be bullshit.

Their dignity, some of the magnitude of their abilities, a decrease in the max Boost Credits they can receive, and at random sometimes their equipment.

Things created by champs are regarded as equipment.
