(Mutant X-Men RP)She smiled brightly at his name for her.
"Of course. I have no qualms." She told him, already sitting up in the bed, her wings limp behind her. She pulled one up into her lap and started to run her fingers through the feathers, looking at them, wondering where they came from and why they were there. What were their purpose? What did they provide her? Maybe one day... she'd go and try to fly with them. She sighed.
That was on easy? Somehow, I doubt it.... Still, his words did make her feel better. His voice alone, his presence made her feel better. Maybe it wouldn't be so bad after all if everyone were all like this.
She smiled looking up at him, her eyes bright.
"Thank you..." She tells him, her voice trailing off. She lets out a long sigh as she hears the sound of a familiar pair of foot steps.
"What was that Vir-Sera?!" Reggie asked, running through the wall. She sighed slowly and looked up at the man from before.
"Can... I call you Stitch?" She asked him, smiling up at him warmly.
"It's fine if not. I'll call you whatever you want to be called." She felt Reggie's glare at her back.
I'm getting to it Reggie, just hang on. I at least want to know what to call him before I explain how crazy I am.
(RP where the RPer is sent into the website, among all of the RPs)Everything went... dark. That was the last thing she remembered. Darkness. But now... She opened her eyes and found herself sitting in a neatly organized desk, in a room she was vaguely familiar with.
"What?" She said, looking around the room, her eyes darting around quickly. This didn't look like
anything she'd ever been before so... Why did it look so familiar? She got up and explored the room a bit, starting to get a bit scared. But... at the same time she was rather intrigued. Where was she? As she was looking around the room, she noticed a small painting hanging on the north wall. she walked over to it and... something called her to take it down.
She took the painting from the wall, and there sat a safe.
Wait... That... How did I know that was there? She blinked, hardly able to believe it. And then, deciding to at least try, she moved the dial. She moved it with expert ease she didn't know she had. The small metal door sung open slowly, revealing a small wooden box. She blinked again. L-Lily? She pulled out the box quickly, setting it down on the table in the center of the living area. She opened it slowly. Inside was a single metal ring, as well as a few dollar bills. She picked up the ring and inspected it. Sure enough, 'L & X' was written on the inside. Lily and Xanthus? Her eyes grew large and she dashed towards where she knew the bathroom would be. No, she still looked like herself... She looked down at the ring in her hand.
What's going on? I wasn't... drugged was I? If not, this is a weird ass dream... She took another look at herself in the mirror. Her brown hair was tied up haphazardly in a ponytail, her brown eyes staring back at her, filled with bewilderment. She was still wearing her baggy sweater, skirt and black leggings, shoes also missing. It's like, she was just... abducted just as she was sitting there on her computer.
"No! I had a Math assignment due tomorrow!" She cried out, rubbing the bridge of her nose.
"It has to be a dream." She mumbled.
Just as she did, she heard her door open.
Shit... Who is it? It's not like anyone would come into Lily's room anyway. She tip-toed around the corner, looking towards the door. Standing just in the doorway, was Matt. She blinked, starring at him.
It'd be bad if he saw me, right? She looked around the room slowly. It wasn't like there was anywhere else she could go to escape. Maybe.. he would leave soon?
"Lily? Where are you? Come on! It can't be that hard. Just, give it a chance. You'll get used to it!" She heard him say. She could tell he was still standing in the entryway.
Give what a chance? Last she remembered, Matt was in the nurse's office. He could be talking about something to do with Lily's condition but... She sighed, it was best she didn't think about it. She waited for awhile until she heard the door finally click close.
Now, if this were a dream... how could she get out of it? Hurt herself? She looked around the room again, feeling uneasy. But... what if it actually hurt? She cringed at the thought. Her pain threshold wasn't very high... Even most of her tabletop characters had toughness below 6. She wasn't even agile like her characters to make up for it. She walked around the room, trying to figure it all out. It didn't feel like a dream. Usually, in her dreams she could tell it felt like a dream but she felt like she was watching a movie rather than living it. This felt too real, much too real. She sighed, figuring she'd have to find someway to get out here and she might as well explore the school and see what she can figure out. But first... she needed shoes. She searched around Lily's room for a bit before finding an old pair of tennis shoes. They weren't exactly her size, but they would do.
She exited the room, and began to explore the area, walking down the steps, into the lawn area. From there, she saw several things in the distance. There was a blackened sky off in one direction. She ran over best she could and looked down from the academy, it was floating fortress after all. What she saw kind of amazed her. She knew she was in the world of Kalmaysia, but why was there such a sectioned off area down there. She saw the normal, nice world of Kalmayisa Human World down below her but all around it, different worlds sat. To the north, was a blacken, dead area. A-Apocalypse? What was going on?!
(Vampire 1x1)Ceilia walked slowly in the stark white hospital. The smell was starting to get to her but... She smiled, the memory of the eyes of those she had seen today. Kids loved visitors, that she'd figured out quickly. She watched as nurse's walked down the hallway past her, clipboards in hand. They walked with purpose, well... some of them. She looked down at the ground as she walked, her thoughts turning slowly. She wasn't allowed to heal anyone, but what Father didn't know wouldn't hurt him. It wasn't like she did very much anyway. Move a few molecules here, a little angel dust there. She chuckled at her own joke. Her head shot up as she heard the call, a call for a doctor. Something was up. She watched with careful eyes as people ran past her, getting prepared to go into surgery. She watched down the hall as one of the children she'd talked to was wheeled in. Her eyes narrowed slowly. Father... She swallowed harshly and closed her eyes, turning away from the situation. There was nothing she could do. She needed to get out of here. She'd never gotten along with Death Angels. She had to be grateful that she'd hadn't been given the job. Compared to that, she'd much rather lead the clan.
It didn't take her very long to get outside. She knew the layout of hospitals pretty well and they were all mostly the same. Plus, the signs helped. She looked up as the sun fell and the stars began to show and a smile grew on her face. She couldn't be depressed for very long, the little boy wouldn't like that, would he? Plus, he was in a better place, right? She, though being an Angel, had never really even been to Heaven before. Well, she had but she doesn't remember it. She jumped when she felt the buzz of her phone from her back pocket. She let out a small sigh and pulled it out, looking at the caller I.D. Olivia... Ceilia let out a heavy sigh and answered the call.
"What is it, Liv?" She said.
"You have to get over here." Liv responded. Ceilia could hear the voices of other girls in the background, probably some of Liz's groupies. Liv was Ceilia's best friend, God knows why. She was much more popular than Ceilia which often makes her wonder Liv even hung out with her.
Ceilia couldn't help but smile as she sighed and responded,
"Alright. Where are you?""My house, be here in like, ten minutes. Bye!" She chirped and then dial tone. Ceilia let out another long sigh, giving up. She did love Liv, she was just... tiring. Ceilia walked out to her car and got in. Before she left, she looked up in the mirror at herself. Tired green eyes stared back at her.
I've seen too much... She pulled a stray strand of brown hair out of her face and tucked in neatly behind her ear. Satisfied, she turned the car on and made her way to Liv's house.
She wasn't really even surprised when she arrived. Liv was standing outside in one of the shortest skirts she owned, her girl friends all standing near her car. Ceilia turned her car off and took in a deep breath. This was going to be interesting. She got out of the car and smiled at her friend. Liz ran over best she could in the ridiculously tall high heels she was wearing. Standing at 5'8", she didn't even need them. She dwarfed Ceilia who stood at a measly 5'5. When she'd finally made her way over to Ceilia, the blonde's arms wrapped themselves around her neck.
"I missed you!" She yelled, right next to Ceilia's ear.
"I... saw you yesterday..." Ceilia mumbled, her ears already throbbing.
"What's so important?" She asked.
"Ricky's throwing a party and I got invited. So, of course, I'm bringing you. You can come can't you?" Liv explained after pulling away. There was a large mischievous grin on her face.
Well, no. Ricky's a vampire. I'm not allowed... Her thoughts returned to the boy in the hospital and her anger began rising.
"Yes. I can go." Ceilia answered with a determination she hadn't meant to come out.
"Good! Let's go get you dressed!" She replied, oblivious to Ceilia's tone of voice.
"Girls, get in the car. Shouldn't take long." She told her girls and they nodded in compliance. Ceilia raised a brow but let out a small giggle as she was led into Liv's house. Her mom was sitting at the dinner table, a newspaper in her face. Ceilia gave her a small smile.
"Hey Ms. Carter!" She yelled out as Liv pulled her up the stairs and up to her room. Ceilia waited patiently as Liv sifted through her closet of clothes and pulled something out. Without another word she began to dress Ceilia. Ceilia lifted a brow but didn't say much. When she was done, Liv smiled at her.
"Alright. Turn around. You look great!" She said and spun Ceilia. As she faced the mirror, her eyes grew wide. She was wearing a beautiful
black dress. It actually fit her body pretty well... She turned around to face Liz.
"I can't wear this." She said, her voice small.
"Sure you can! Knock 'em dead, girl. And if you don't, I'll do that for you." Liv responded with a chuckled and then bent down to put on the matching shoes, black high heels.
This is certainly going to be different... Liv turned around and pulled something out of her drawer. When she returned she pulled something shiny over Ceilia's head. She heard a clasp and turned around.
"It's my best. Saved it just for you." Liv told her, a softness in her voice. Ceilia turned around and put her arms around Liv's neck.
"You're too much but... I love you." Ceilia said, her voice cracking.
"Think nothing of it. Come on, let's get some make up on you." She responded, a soft smile on her face.
When they were finally done and out the door, the girls at the car kept staring at Ceilia. She smiled awkwardly at them and got in the car, taking the passenger side next to Liv. She looked in the mirror on the car. Her eyes were painted with shades of black and gold, her lips a pretty shade of red. It felt weird... She didn't feel like herself. She sighed, deciding to make the most of it. She smiled over at Liv as she started the car and they made their way to Ricky's house. Maybe other angels would be there and she wouldn't feel like such a black sheep. I mean, more than just vampires show up to a vampire's party, right?
