Man, I don't even like my own generation. The vast majority of people in my high school are just... you know what, I don't want to bum myself out talking about it.

I remember the freshman class that came in my senior year of high school was just utterly hated. Both teachers and students were making comments about how ridiculously stupid they collectively were, most couldn't even talk properly. They were banned from assemblies that year because they behaved poorly every time they were brought in. Every freshman I had classes with couldn't understand the most basic of things, I remember one time they were complaining "this is too much" for having to read a small paragraph (Shorter than this post) for a study of film class I was in.
Oh yeah, kids these days seem to have a serious tl;dr problem. Any time one of my teachers asks the class to read, like...
any quantity of writing longer than a sentence or two, everyone groans and acts like it's some ridiculous request. It's like I'm one of the only kids with any sort of reading ability.
