I'm just saying, after this story, I have a few ideas. Including a Cyberman one.

I'll put them here in case I forget them.

There's one set in 1880 London with Jack The Ripper
There's one with ghost aliens on a space liner
There's the typical classic story. 'Politics and dodgy things afoot on an alien planet'
If we're going with archetypes, may as well also have a 'space base under siege from monster' too.

I'll hold off on the Cybermen, at least for the first 'season'. The more original stories, the better.

Ooh, I missed a typical story from my list before; the story when a place of entertainment/recreation either goes wrong or has a sinister real purpose.

I have been on a Sylvester McCoy marathon recently.

I really liked Happiness Patrol. His best story in his first two seasons by far. Remembrance of the Daleks is second. His first season is godawful, as is Silver Nemesis.

There, it took a great deal of time but I overcame my writers block. Carrot, feel free to think up a character based on the outline of the serial we have planned. And Jonxla, it would be great if you could do your starting post, but maybe not meet any humans just yet.
