[OOC] Lights, Camera, Action!

I like the idea of book or video game adaptations, since they're huge on the market right now and that seems likely to be in production, but we'd have to decide.

If it were a video game, I think The Last of Us is the best bet. It's got a great story, and a massive fanbase. As for books, given that you've read TLS already and the Da Vinci Code series is already established, that seems like a realistic vote.

Might have just combined Othello + Leo DiCaprio's Romeo and Juliet/West Side Story In Old English + Elysium + Aliens.

If we're talking purely on the plot, then I think I'd vote for either The Last of Us or TLS. Depending on whether or not like... Miso has either read TLS or played The Last of Us.

If you haven't done either, you really should, especially in regards to The Last of Us. That's an amazing freakin' game.

Because Peter honestly wouldn't mind at all if he just butted in and said, "I want this, this, and this for this movie. No exceptions."

I'm not sure what Peter would quite want out of a movie... probably a romantic comedy. >_>

Not sure yet. I can see him doing most of the suggested things. I can't really say opinions on the video games and book adaptations because I haven't really played/read them. But my friend is describing The Last of Us in incredible detail right now. XD

For the purposes of this roleplay, I don't think a romantic comedy would work as well as an action film.

Okay, with the help of some generators and people yelling plot elements at me, I've derived some half-assed plot.

Fresh out of college and with no hope of finding a job in today's economy, four friends attempt to rob a bank, only to find that - upon arriving on the scene - they've been framed for robbing the same bank before they can go through with it. Cue the young quartet on the run while trying to clear their names. Think Bonnie & Clyde meets The Hangover meets a hilarious combination of romance, action and comedy.

You have your romantic comedy, and your action.

The first Hangover was pretty big, which makes me thing that this would be like... "Oh, it's a Hangover copy," which would make it hard on the cast and crew and all that fun stuff. I'm hungry, so I'm not talking coherently. awieorjwIOFJ
