[OOC] Chrono Asylum: Prelude to Madness~

So who wants to take a crack at the Chrono first ;p You can come at her in a bulk too, or take the confusion to attack another weakened team. Aaah chaos you have to love it.

Also I understand we are going about in a random way. However let me assure you all the RP hasn't even started, =P We are simply setting the stage. Quite a few things will become clear as we progress a little, and then the real hunt will start.

Lack of sleep due to assignments... >.< Thank god I submitted them earlier today.

This will probably sounds extremely odd..

I just did a calculation of the no. of people in each specialization and I found that we have 6 Silencers, 4 Sniffers, 2 Hunters and 0 Hybrids (excluding my team).

With my team it will be 7 Silencers, 5 Sniffers and 2 Hunters.

=( Why don't the Hunters and Hybrids get more love?

There is only one hybrid Chrono and he happens to be the best. =P Mainly cause his skills are so unimaginably great he is perfect in all fields. But very few know of him and even fewer have met him. This Chrono also happens to be the only Asylum who works without a partner. =P

Weapons:

Nagi and Nami: Twin chakrams linked together by a metallic chain. The chain can be removed from the chakrams when necessary. The edges of these deceptively thin rings are so sharp they can cut through thin sheets of metal. The actual size of these rings are approximately 30 cm (11.8 inches) in diameter. Most of the time they will be shrunk into small rings worn on Seira’s right hand. Nagi is often worn on her middle finger whereas Nami is worn on her ring finger.

Mercuri: These stylish shoes can be customized into any type of shoe Seira desires. These beauties are definitely not a girl’s best friend because they weigh a ton as the soles of the shoes are made from metal. The only saving grace, according to XCI, is that these shoes can be magnetized with a flip of a hidden switch at the side allowing her to walk along certain surfaces or even levitate. (To be edited after consulting Xodus if I ever see him …)

Alchemic Specialization - Metal Manipulation: Seira is able to attract and manipulate solid metal. She uses her ability create, enhance or modify weapons.

Description (Physical Appearance): Standing at 165 cm (5’3’’) this Japanese belle is tall for someone of her ethnicity. Her long raven black hair usually cascades down to her waist, framing her heart shaped face. She has wide almond shaped eyes which are accentuated by her thinly plucked (and well maintained) eyebrows. Her eyes are a deep blackish brown but they are often mistaken for black especially on official documents. She often wishes she had a more curvaceous figure as she adores figure hugging outfits.

Description (Outfits): Her favorite outfit, although it is seldom worn, is a modified kimono. The skirt would reach up to her thighs. Tights are optional, and usually worn when it is cold. Due to her practical nature, Seira tends to dress in clothes that would help her blend in during missions. Back in HQ, she is often seen wearing either a dress or a dress shirt and pants underneath a doctor’s coat. She was part of the medical team before being assigned a partner, and she still volunteers occasionally. Personality: At first glance, Seira appears to be aloof. Those who are close to her will deny this as she is not an introvert. Neither is she an extrovert. She scores exactly 50-50 on the introversion-extroversion scale. Dry wit and sarcasm are the way to go if you want to get her to laugh. She cannot stand idiocy of any kind.

Additional Information:
1) She was in medical school when she was recruited by A.M.R.O. Her powers developed unexpected while she was working on a cadaver.
2) She hates sitting around doing nothing hence she volunteered in the medical wing while waiting to be assigned a partner.
3) She can speak English fluently as she studied in Australia since the age of 13.
4) She views her partner like a test subject. If you observe them long enough, you will see her take detailed notes about Camron.

Weapons:
A hand-me-down gun from one of the older Asylums and a couple of flash bangs as he does not have any personalized weapon as yet.

Alchemic Specialization – Light Manipulation? Barrier Creation?: His specialization has yet to be confirmed though many suspect the higher ups know what it is. He only seemed to be able make the room go dark when provoked or threatened.

Description (Physical): Camron towers over Seira at 185 cm (6’0’’) but one could hardly guess he is that much taller because he hunches so much. The blonde often has a nervous look about him and when approached he would look down at the ground and bite his lips. His startling blue eyes will seldom make eye contact. He might have been considered attractive if he wasn’t so skirtish all the time.

Description (Outfits): The teen is often seen wearing a shirt, jeans, sneakers and a wind breaker. Often in mismatching colors. Yet he shows evidence of being quite particular about the way he is dressed when he isn’t out of it. On those good days he would like to wear a smart suit or at the very least a long sleeved shirt and tailored pants.

Personality: Skirtish, mousey or simply nervous, no one can be sure. He often wanders off aimlessly by himself in HQ and gives a start when people tap him on the shoulder. Recently he seems to have improved enough to sit down and have tea with his new partner, Seira. She swears that he would quite intelligent when he is more himself. The only time he is truly calm and alert is when he is solving complicated puzzles or problems. He is a whiz a deciphering encrypted messages.

Additional Information:
1) Camron is not he is real name, but that is kept a secret for now.
2) He was accidentally discovered after he was a lone survivor of an explosion that killed his entire family.
3) He is almost deaf and needs a hearing aid. Seira has to remind him to switch it on.
4) He is exceptionally good with the piano and the violin. It is believed he is playing the songs from memory. His partner often wonders if he was ever performing on stage at one point or perhaps aspired to do so later on.
5) He enjoys learning new songs especially for the piano. He has become frustrated learning new songs on the violin as he knows he can't be sure if he is playing the song correctly.
6) Possibly the only reason he is paired with Seira is that she is probably level headed enough for both of them.

The Hybrid sounds absolutely frightening and fun. I really wish we didn't lose all the previous posts, even if so we could go back and read them. Without a partner? Do they trust him that much, or fear him that much? This is some exciting stuff. Anyways, off to make the next post ^^.

Posted. I may have pushed the limits on this last post, but by golly this'll be a fun battle, trust me. Even if the gods of this RP (Xodus) declare there is already a set winner, that isn't going to stop me and my characters from trying.

Does someone else also want to join the fray, I would suggest throwing multiple attacks at the Chrono, so gang up. Then we can make one big joint post. Also don't worry I got the idea, its basically sort of omni directional. =P

Good, good. Some reason I felt like I was explaining it poorly. My goal with the attack, unless you do something to completely stop it without injury (Wouldn't be a surprise, considering her status) is to identify which part of her body does she least protect. Depending on how long the battle goes will determine if it even matters.

Ooh, I like the idea of one big joint post. Are we going to go to an IRC or some chat service? Or will we simply discuss it here?
