And I just hope you don't get the impression that I idolize the US military, because I don't. It has flaws, just like any institution, but it's one of the better routes to go when leaving high school, especially considering I can't afford college and I refuse to take out a student loan. I'd rather not leave college owing almost ten thousand dollars to some company or the government.
It's alright, but it was kind of going there a little bit in my view. You know if you wanted to go to college so much, you can go to university for free in Norway with living expenses being considerably less than tens of thousands of dollars or study in another country and get experience that way while becoming enriched in the culture, I even had a student from the US in my class.
You don't always need a college education to get a job or a chance in life; I thought my way of living was sign of that.
