Looks pretty solid.

I'd say get some more details on his skills and give a better idea of how Errol fights or what he does to handle different problems (in and out of combat); weaknesses and strengths. Since he's not a soldier, one can't assume he just generally knows how to shoot and take shots (bad idea, anyways). Most players described skills/strategies through specifics of the jobs their character worked in, what the character did when they were bored, a more flat out description of the skills, etc.

Also, powers applies to any class with tech or biotic powers. Assuming you didn't already realize this and -want- any tech powers from the games, there's a bunch in some lists (Mass Effect 1, ME 2 and 3) that could be added to that part of the bio. If not, though, that's all good.

That's the main stuff, the rest is good. More explanation on why the father snapped (already partially unstable/control-freak/power-hungry and set off by a series of factors, or just a gradual build-up mixed with high hopes and expectations as an entrepreneur, or something else) would make it more solid, or more on Errol's criminal life. I'm not gonna push the former unless other players have a problem with it, since I can see how it would happen, and the latter's only an issue if you started recreating his history as you went along in the RP (detailing specific memories later is fine, just needs to fit with the character, rest of the history, etc.).

Assuming the other players are happy with it, no one has any rejections, I'd say this guy's accepted.

Now it's just a matter of tossing him into the crew. If you want that done soon, you might want to do something similar along the lines of Mark, and find an excuse for him to be at the party and get tangled up in Nova's problems.

Otherwise, he could be a peer/acquaintance of one of the crew that contacts them for a job (and ends up at the party and/or in Nova), be a random encounter of sorts post-mission, or found somewhere around the next quest. (Or any other idea that fits.)

I'd have to think long and hard how to integrate him at a party like this, but that would be neat. Though I don't mind the "next quest" thing either, so whatever we can brainstorm I'll be happy to work with.

I feel Gowi's character is good; although, more out of my own personal curiosity than anything, what happened to his mother after arriving on Korlus? Surely they kept in contact? Because I'm finding it hilarious that most of Nova either doesn't have living parents, or they're on rocky terms as it is.
Also, in keeping with the terms of our team still adjusting to working together, I feel racial tensions are going to be a big thing going forward with how many humans there are in comparison to the rest of the team's population, as well as the human reputation for ambition somewhere playing into it. :P
I'm also rambling since I just got up and am groggy with sleep. Excuse me as I grab a cup of coffee.

I would of made an alien, but felt inspired by something human. At least I didn't make another female, yo. As for his mother, I think I'll cover that through character development.

Racial tensions are always good. And Tzvi, at least, is used to it.

Going off the top of my head, Errol could be a Shadow Broker lackey or doing a freelance job in cooperation with Zhar (Shadow Broker agent), or as an extra layer of security/snooping for said Shadow Broker. Particularly if Errol seemed more disposable and thus a good investment to do the riskier things (although Zhar is resourceful and does things well on his own). Or he could be working for a small-time, rival information broker.

He could be the employee/lackey of most the guys there, similar to Mark, since he's a mercenary doing a variety of odd jobs. I'm not sure how hard it would be for him to be in Quantum (Mosis?), but that's one possibility if it's not too exclusive, high-class, or high-rank for Errol.

He could be there to steal some nice tech?? :P For himself or someone else.

I've got a couple basic ideas if the mission Derv and I whipped up is the next (if you want to do the next-quest shiz), but there's no guarantee what mission will come after the last.

I decided to give it some time, in case anyone wanted to do something with the pissed off salarian or sec. room intruders. Are you guys working on something already, or should I go ahead and finish that bit off?
