Yeah, like my first guys Mutation is energy concentration.

So if he wanted to run really fast, he'd concentrate his energy there and it would have a powerful effect.

And my second CS, is the manipulation of cold weather, with Intangibility of Ignoring Gravity at will.

How about kinetic energy manipulation? turn anything into a projectile. Ahem.. kind of like Gambit although perhaps without a deck of cards.

Light manipulation would be fine. I've used that with Zack before.
