So I'm going to make a small statement, what's a tribunal matter if nobody uses it properly anyways.
As someone who has built boots of mobility homegaurd pd and 4 zephyrs on rammus to feed, i can officaillly say. Riot doesn't give a shit in general.
On topic... So like all of the mutations are really really generic, what would be the max xomplextity.
As i was thinking of having a trickster, but anything they have is going to be complexer then most of the currents to some degree.

No just "most" of the community doesn't use it.. they aren't banning anyone because the trollers and feeders are giving them money through skins.
