Okay so I was thinking of doing a roleplay that takes place roughly at the end of the Clone Wars and between Episodes III and IV set immediately after the command to execute Order 66. Quite literally, the first words of the roleplay will be "Execute Order 66". There will be quite a few differences to make it more roleplay-friendly.

Someone is going to be playing a Jedi, preferably an active member. This Jedi is leading an assault on a separatist base with a squad of Clone Troopers in tow. But here's the fun part: you won't reveal your allegiance until the time comes. Are you going to try and kill this Jedi? Or are you going to try and save them? Do NOT tell anyone, wait until the time comes.

If you want to save the Jedi, post your bio for your Clone Trooper, this will be your one and only character. If you want to kill the Jedi, post a fake bio for your Clone Trooper, but PM me the bio for your Bounty Hunter, this way no one will know which side you're on.

Any Clone Troopers who try to kill the Jedi will probably be killed. At this point you will use your 'secret' Bounty Hunter characters. The Jedi-Loyalists will have to find a way to get their Jedi somewhere safe, facing a slew of enemies and facing many potential problems and tense stand-offs, even delving into the criminal underworld. The Bounty Hunters will use their investigation, tracking, contacts, clues, and intimidation to track down the Jedi and kill him/her. The roleplay ends whenever the Bounty Hunters kill the Jedi, or when the Clone Troopers successfully get the Jedi somewhere safe.

To make the roleplay more friendly, the Republic has allowed non-Clones to join the Grand Republic Army, including females. The Jedi character has the choice to be overpowered if they want.

Wow this is kind of perfect because I just joined this site like 5 minutes ago and was looking for a Star Wars RP. And I was also hoping the background story of my first RP was something very interesting and unique in my opinion and I can already say I want in on this RP.

I'm pretty interested, but I was wondering what caliber of writing is expected?

First. Moderately interested. But I refer to the above quote.

Second thing... troopers are NOT to be underestimated... by Jedi or otherwise. I cite the following.

And those guys weren't even genetically engineered, like the Clone Troopers are.

Thirdly... where is the CS Template?

Woah! I didn't realize this had been posted in.

Alright, since we got us a good following, I reckon I'll try to come up with the OOC soon. It will probably be in Casual. I don't feel I am ready for Advanced.

FYI, this is the exact same premise of the current roleplay Star Wars - Jedi Exile.

Not really. That's more about the jedi(s) attempting to survive.

This has a singular jedi, and a bunch of clone troopers and bounty hunters.

There's really little similarity between the two.

And I'm interested. Dunno If I'll have time though, because exams are starting this week.

I have one issue, though... The Clone Troopers would not be guarding the Jedi during the execution of Order 66. Order 66 is a contingency protocol for the clones in case the Jedi go rogue. The clones are designed not to fight it and would immediately turn hostile on the Jedi.

There were a few Clone Troopers who disobeyed the order.

I think Omega Squad disobeyed the Order and would later disband.

Another Clone Trooper, Ordo disobeyed the order and fled to Mandalore.

EDIT: And I think Delta Squad (from a Star Wars video) also dismissed the order, although they later joined the 501st who hunted down more Jedi.

Iron Team also protected their Jedi, and proceeded to fight off the other Clones who tried to kill them.
