[OOC] Blood Compact: Magnus's Reign

I only know the most recent story. SOLDIER kept the peace between humans and vampires. Anybody trying to start a war or kill the other race was dealt with. With vampires, it usually meant they were put to death or destroyed, because no prison can hold them. They have a militaristic structure and leadership, but they are obviously broken up into groups, etc. right now. Ex-SOLDEIR members would typically be human, but there may still be vampires that work for them, either to establish peace or save humanity. They are well trained, strong, skilled.... sharp shooters, strategists, chemical weapons specialists, pilots, ... um, ninjas... stuff like that. Kilo Point was a city in Tennessee. That's where Magnus led his army of vampires to attack. They caused mayhem, brought SOLDIER out to deal with them, and the situation just careened out of hand. In the end, Magnus couldn't be stopped, Kilo Point was leveled, there was a crater left in the woods where a missile barrage landed. Magnus took out all of SOLDIER's guys... took their equipment, and continueed taking over city after... or something like that.I was personally stuck in a jar for the latter half. *glares at Martin*

I was there for the first story. While theoretically it was based around Kilo Point as well, in order to allow continuity to exist, it was instead the story of how Rapsoder Point fell when Dresden attacked. This was one of the first battles in the Blood Compact Wars, and afterwards, using the element of surprise, Dresden and Magnus teamed up, taking down a large HQ led by SOLDIER. Many of SOLDIER's leaders were slaughtered that day, and it was that day that earned Magnus and Dresden their spot on SOLDIER's most wanted list.

Hallucinogenics simply cause delusions. They remove the mind's ability to tell the difference between fantasy and reality. In a bad mood, one might find their anger physically manifested in front of them. In a good mood, the illusions would most likely be happy ones. Its like dreaming, but it's an illusion appearing before you, and depending on the strength of the halucinogenic, they can be incredibly dangerous to use. It's impossible to choose what illusions are caused, however, any person being interrogated by Magnus would most likely see their fears manifested before them.

Gender: male
Clothes: Dresden wears a rough, torn shirt, and long leather pants. Nothing modern. Around his neck is a necklace of the teeth of large wild animals, all of whom he had killed with his bare hands.
Appearance:

Weapons: Dresden was the original owner of the Crimson Blade. However, nowadays he fights with his bare hands, or whatever he can find on the scene of battle.
Powers(Nothin Magical): Even among the vampires, Dresden's speed and strength is legendary. Every day since his turning, Dresden has fought his limit. Unlike those vampires who would find a pleasant castle and take a bite to eat every now and then, Dresden has wrestled bears to death with his bare hand, ripped apart great white sharks. He's held a bull's charge, and ripped it's horns out of it's head. While a human has a limit to how strong he can get, vampires, by nature, can ignore such feeble limits. Dresden's strength is said to be greater than that of even his sire, Magnus, although Magnus beats him in speed. Dresden is a wild, savage fighter, constantly pushed to his limits and recovered, with a powerful regeneration and a nearly unstoppable physical power.
Lastly, Dresden has several traits which have gained him the nickname of 'werewold'. Firstly, he uses an odd version of Magnus's psychic abilities to communicate with wolves, meaning that wolves see him as an alpha wolf. He is quite often seen surrounded by the alpha wolves from other packs, those strong enough to join Dresden's group. While many underestimate a wolf, these beasts can move faster than the average car, have stamina to match vampires, and can rip through flesh and bone with their massive teeth, capable of shattering limbs in a single bite. Few mess with Dresden's Hounds.
The second ability that has earned Dresden his nickname is his Wolf Rage. In this state, his body is filled with some form of chemical steroid. He becomes immune to pain, and his already legendary strength is made far greater. He gains incredible speed as well, and a set of claws extends from his fingers, made of bone portrusions. These claws are unique among vampire kind, and his unique physical buildup have caused some to believe that Dresden is the Chosen One of the Vampiric Christianity that he believes in, being destined to enslave all of humanity. Nowadays, for obvious reasons, many believe instead that Magnus is the Chosen One.

Wo, everyone thinks Jack is evil. It's probably because I haven't unleashed any of my truly evil characters on this rp XD
Seriously, characters like Mia have tortured the characters of other players into insanity just for shits and giggles. Hoever, I think I'll be upping how evil I play Jack from the previous rp.

Weapons: Gabriel needs no weapons.
Powers: Gabriel's abilities are the stuff of legend. Supposedly, he can shatter mountains, revive the dead, cause tidal waves, and generate plagues. Some believe that he is the father of all vampires, and all vampiric abilities are but fragments of his own power. Others believe he is simply a vampire that has reached such age that his power is greater than that of any other. All agree that you do not mess with Gabriel. Records of Gabriel's presence go back to the Meopotamiums, where an ancient picture that supposedly represents him has been found, and no SOLDIER has ever been able to even hurt the Vampire God. However a few, Mithias, know that while he is enormously powerful, he is far less powerful than he might seem.
Many vampires have slight psychic abilities. Magnus can instill illusions on those he concentrates on, and Martin can sense the thoughts of those around him, using their perspective instead of the sight that Gabriel took from him. Gabriel, however, takes this to a whole new level, creating illusions and delusions as he pleases. His powers of illusion are so great that he can kill you through Stigma. One of the reasons there is so much speculation about his powers is because people really have seen him shatter mountains and part oceans, or at least believe they have done so. Gabriel, master of deceit, manipulates everyone.
