Yeah, this is still open, though I'll use my last hour tonight to remove the boundaries for the starting areas and set up borders around LA County.

Removed the border for LAX, Downtown LA, and Santa Monica, and added borders for LA County. You can all go around and start within the boundaries of LA County.

I really hate to be thingy but please don't call people with personality disorders/mental illnesses insane/crazy. :P Sorry, it's just that is the kind of attitude in society that becomes very unhelpful. I also have friends and family with sociopathy as well as schizophrenia :/
