Harry seemed to hesitate at that question, but then shook his head. "Nothing really... oh! Pete! You're gonna love this!" He said with a smile.

Peter felt very uncomfortable while Lexi talked, but her smiles and look in her eyes made him know that she wasn't thinking of Harry's body in the spider-man suit... When Harry said that he'll love this he raised his eyebrows, giving a smile. "What? What is it?" Peter asked.

Harry grinned. "I know you couldn't possibly have lost your passion for science..." He said. Peter remembered all the late nights at Harry's place working on a science project, although Peter was the one behind the projects most of the time, Harry always stood at his side until it was done, trying his best to understand.

"So guess whose coming in to town? Doctor Otto Octavius!" He said with a grin. Peter jumped out of his seat. "THE Doctor Octavius? Like, my idol?" He said, a huge grin on his face. Harry nodded. "The very one. And i can get you a one on one session with him too, I had dinner with him a couple nights ago, said he knew your dad well.. Said he'll be looking forward to talking to you... I may have helped out with some stories." He beamed.

Peter looked at Lexi with a grin, then back at Harry. "I... yeah! That's great!" He was now the happiest man on the face of the earth. A beautiful and perfect girlfriend, the return of their best friend, and Peter's idol was interested in meeting him! He wanted to hug and kiss Lexi, leap up and hang from the walls (literally), but he knew he couldn't. Not in front of Harry... He didn't even know if he realized what Lexi said earlier that they were dating... him sitting next to her didn't seem so though.

Harry’s hesitancy towards her question caused her to tilt her head, her dark eyebrows pushing together in confusion as she watched him closely with her deep blue eyes. He was hiding something from them; that much she could tell but she wasn’t sure exactly what it was. Watching him as he spoke to Peter, she tried to see if she could guess it but she came up as drawing a blank. But she was so focused on trying to figure out what he was hiding that when Peter jumped out of her seat it made Lexi jump in hers in surprise.

Her attention moved up to Peter who was showing his obsession with all things science and if there was one science person in particular that Peter always looked up to, it was Otto Octavius. Even her eyes went to Harry in surprise. “What kind of stories did you tell him? Did you tell him about the experiments that Peter used to do when we were younger? Or his invention he turned in for our fifth grade science fair? That one was a doozy and I bet you anything Aunt May still has it.” Her grin turned to Peter who looked like he was going to jump out of his own skin with excitement. Then her gaze moved back to Harry, “You think he just won the Nobel Peace Prize! Look at him, not only are you back but you just got him an interview with his idol. Is there anything you can’t do?” She said with a giggle before looking back up at Peter.

In the other room, however, the parents weren’t as happy as the kids were that the three were together again. “I thought that Lexi wouldn’t be seeing anyone when we would return to town.”

“Well we can’t control our daughter’s feelings.” Lexi’s mom chimed in from the seat as she sipped delicately on her coffee.

“What does that Parker kid have that Harry doesn’t have?” Harry’s new mom snapped at Lexi’s parents.

“I’m sure it’s just a phase, she and Peter have spent a lot of time together since you sent Harry away to boarding school. I’m sure he can win her back over with his charm and she’ll change her mind of the choice she made. Just give her time to see how much Harry has grown up.” Her father said in the seat next to his wife, though it was obvious that Mark wasn’t quite buying what he said; he had never seen his daughter as happy as she was when she was around Peter and somehow, in some way, he doubted that Norman’s son had the ability to change his daughter’s mind.

“Well then, I will just have to remind him that if he wants Lexi to be his, he needs to stop at nothing to get what he wants.”

“That may not be the best…” Angela said before Mark placed his hand on top of hers. “All I’d like to say is that he would just need to be careful, trying to break the two up could cause quite an issue on their friendships. As much as relationships can be powerful, friendships are even more so.” She said with a nod as she interlaced her fingers in her husband’s hand and gave him a knowing smile; they were friends for a long time before he won her over so, in a sense, she knew what her daughter was going through and let’s face it; if she was as hard headed as her mom, she wasn’t going to have her mind changed any time soon.

Harry shrugged with a smile at Lexi's question, her beautiful blue eyes staring at Peter, as if he was the only one who mattered... what made her so attracted to him? Peter was a nice guy and all, but he was just... well, dorky! He shouldn't be thinking this. He should be happy for the two... but he couldn't help but feel a little bit jealous of him... He had the loving parental figure, a beautiful girl for his own, has the smarts...and he didn't have a rather scary secret that he was afraid to tell people... Maybe one day he could tell Lexi, or Pete.... "It feels good to be back..." Harry said with a smile, leaning back.

"Well we are happy you are back, man..." Peter said, again getting a tiny bit of red when he saw Harry keep glancing at Lexi...

There seemed to be a heated conversation going on in the other room. and minutes after a bit more talking with each other, Norman Osborne. "Come along, Harry. Don't want to be late for your first day back tomorrow." He said simply, clearly a little agitated, but gave a nod to Peter and Lexi. Harry nodded, and stood. Peter embraced him in a brotherly hug, and then he gave one to Lexi.

"I'll see you guys tomorrow." He said with a smile, and a wave. Harry's new step mom gave Peter a rather nasty look. Peter raised his eyebrows, frowning a bit as the Osbornes departed.

“Yes we are.” Lexi said agreeing with Peter’s statement about them being happy he was back. There was nothing really that could make this moment any better, she had her amazing man, spider and all, and a best friend back in one day! Wow could this day/night getting any more amazing?

As Mister Osborne came back into the room, the kids were on their feet. To her surprise he seemed a bit perturbed but all Lexi could do was give him a gentle smile, like she did when someone would feel that way. She returned the hug to Harry before stepping back and catching the look from Harry’s new step-mom. Her eyes narrowed in a return glare not understanding what that was about but she wasn’t too happy to see it. Peter defended her in more ways than one, so she felt like; when she had the chance, she needed to stand up and protect him to.

For once, she was happy to see the Osborne family leave as she turned to Peter giving him a weird look, the look that said ‘Do you know what that was about?’ But before she could speak her parents entered the room. “So you two are dating now?” Her mother said sounding a bit excited, she didn’t care about the relationship with the Osbornes as much as her husband did. “How did this come about?”

Walking over to Peter, she took his large hand in hers and gave him a smile. “Well you know, two people start talking and it just clicks.” Resting her head gently against his shoulder she looked at her parents twinkling stars in her eyes. “He’s stuck with me until he gets stick of me.” She turned her attention back up to Peter and gave him a playful wink before giggling softly, well aware that it probably wouldn’t happen.

“Careful Peter,” Mark said in playful caution as he came around the corner, his arm draping gently around his wife’s shoulders. “These women have a habit of trapping certain men in their webs and not letting us go. Isn’t that right dear?” He asked his wife, playfulness to his voice as he leaned down kissing her on the cheek.

“Says the man who wouldn’t take no for an answer.” Angela said playfully as she nudged him with her hip and smiled at the two. “I’m glad to see that you two are happy.” Her father didn’t say much more, just nodded in agreement before the two disappeared saying something about coffee.

As soon as the parents were gone, Lexi pulled Peter up the stairs to the second floor and pushed her door to her room open with her foot and him inside. A laugh escaped her as she shut the door behind them and wrapped her arms around her neck, leaning her small curvy frame against him. “Is it just me, or do you find it ironic that there’s Spider-Man puns everywhere, especially when they’re said directly at you?”

Peter simply shrugged at her look, really not knowing what the matter was with her... The Osborne wives always seemed to like him enough... but she clearly didn't... As Lexi's parents came to ask them questions, he wasn't as nervous as soon as she grabbed his hand, and laid her head on his shoulder. When the "web" was brought up, Peter gave an awkward smile and nodded. "I don't think that will be a problem, sir." He said with a hint of a smile on his face. He knew Lexi Rogers was too perfect to let go... He only hoped that she wouldn't get sick of him... Although being a masked vigilante helped with keeping things interesting. He gave a nod and small wave to Mr. and Mrs. Rogers as they left, and then was soon lead to the upstairs and in to Lexi's room.

He wrapped his arms around her, loving the feeling of her so close to him again. He let out a laugh as well. "I swear as soon as they come up, i always think someone figured it out..." He said quietly, tilting his head so he could kiss her full, beautiful and soft lips once more.

A laugh left Lexi as she hung her arms from his shoulders down onto his back, her fingers dancing along his back as she did so. “Peter with how long I’ve known you and how well I know you; if I can’t figure it out, I don’t think anyone can.” She joking was reassuring as she tilted her head to the opposite side, leaning up she gave him a tender sweet kiss before pulling back. This time, she pulled completely back from him slipping herself from his arms and leading him by hand to her queen size bed as she sat down and kicked off her shoes.

“So, another question for you,” She began in a cheeky fashion as she pulled her feet up onto the bed and patted the spot next to her. “Just, how long have you liked me? And I don’t mean enjoy my company because if you didn’t you wouldn’t have put up with me for this long, I mean, how long have you had feelings for me?” Can you blame her for asking? Her superhero and long-time crush had a crush on her. Can you honestly say you wouldn’t be asking the same question?!

A smiled was on his lips at her words, still kissing her. Peter loved her fingertips, her lips, the smell of her perfume, and way her perfect body rested against his... He knew he's been through this though process before, but he absolutely couldn't get enough. Then she fell on to the bed, and asking him a question he couldn't help but smile, turning a bit pink, running a hand through his hair. He sat down next to her, leaning back on his shoulders, still with a smile.

"I started having a crush on you when we were in seventh grade... You and Harry got invited to your first dance." Peter left out the part where whenever he asked someone they would laugh or make an excuse. "And your mom was outta town so you went over to my place to get Aunt May's opinion... and i walked down the stairs to see the most beautiful girl i have ever seen in my life..." He gave a weak smile.

"And... I think it was freshman year when i realized that I loved you..." Peter's heart was thumping. His mouth was a bit dry... again, he wasn't a ladies man. "You yelled at Flash so loudly after he bumped in to a girl who tripped and fell in this patch of dirt, ruining this new outfit... and after the yelling you went over to this complete stranger and started to help, and comfort her, and making sure she was alright... It was incredible... It felt good to know that someone else tried to stick up for those who can't... I being one of them, but i guess that didn't stop me from talking off to the jocks..." Peter shrugged, his soft brown eyes looking in to her bright blue ones.

There were many times where he would think she was absolutely perfect, and his heart wanted to be hers... Being a young boy growing up did that to him...

"How about you? When did you fall for me?" He asked with a smile.

She remembered the times that Peter had mentioned, and their seventh grade dance was a little awkward because of going with Harry and having Peter be a third wheel. She vowed to herself that day that she didn’t want to make her friends third wheels and she never agreed to go to another dance with Harry and Peter never asked her so she never really denied him.

“Me?” She asked innocently as if she hadn’t expected him to turn around the question. “Well that depends, I’ve fallen for you two different times Peter so it’s a little bit more complex.” She said with a giggled. “The first time I realized I liked you was in eighth grade. After the break up with Jason when I caught him red handed making out with another girl. I actually went to Harry first because he was home and you weren’t. I told him the situation and he just laughed, telling me it wasn’t a big deal and that I didn’t need to worry about it, someone else would come along. Then I came to you and you put your arms around me and held me while I cried, I recall you having to go upstairs and change shirts due to the amount of snot that I covered your shoulder with. You never said anything negative about the situation, you just let me cry and reminded me that everything would be okay; because after all is send and done, it will be. That’s when I knew I liked you. It wasn’t long after that when I realized I loved you. It was when you went on your vacation with Aunt May and Uncle Ben where you were gone for a week. I would sit by my phone and wait for it to ring just to hear your voice. I couldn’t keep myself from feeling lonely when you weren’t around and those phone calls, while they were simple conversations and your stories about what you were doing, really meant a lot to me. I missed you before the phone rang and after we hung up. You don’t miss someone that much if you don’t love them.”

She took in another deep breath, “I knew I liked Spider-Man from his first action of capturing thugs in the paper.” She spoke all of this in a whisper in case her parents were listening by the door. “I admired you and like every girl in the city, my crush developed that day. When I kissed you on my roof I knew I loved you but our make out session in front of my house after you saved me for a second time really threw me for a loop because while I loved Spider-Man I loved Peter Parker more. I remember thinking after you caught me from falling from the glider that I needed to talk with Spider-Man that he couldn’t get his heroic rewards anymore because I loved you too much to continue what we had. But when Rick pulled that mask off your face I was both shocked and thrilled. The two men I loved were one in the same. And that…” She placed her hand gently on his, “Was when I knew that I loved you completely and no matter who you were, I still found myself attracted to you.”

A smile curled the corners of her lips, “Seeing as I’ve asked you a lot of questions, do you have any to ask me?”

Lexi's words kept making him smile. "So that's why I constantly got calls and voicemails on vacation...I just thought you were bored!" Peter said with a shy smile, again, not knowing anything about women back then... he likes to think he has a handle on it now somewhat... "And any time you need a shoulder to cry on, or to talk to someone, or hold on to... or kiss or run your hands through their hair or any part of the body... I'd be willing to be there." He grinned...What made Peter feel the best about her comments is that she was going to leave a super hero for just him, the dorky Peter Parker...

That meant a lot to him. At her question Peter laughed and bit his lip in thought, scooting closer to Lexi. "Hmm... lets try to boost my self esteem here." He said jokingly. "What do you think my best physical feature is?" He asked. After seeing Harry and how much he's grown in to a good looking, strong man, he wondered if she thought of him as a downgrade if she were to have dated Harry...

Harry had become a dashing looking young man; built up and strong but that didn't matter to her. In all honesty she never really found Harry attractive, even when they were younger. But especially now that she was dating Peter (finally!). His question made her blush as she leaned back on her palms and tilted her head; having to think. "That's a hard question." She began with a small nod. "You're making me narrow downfall a lot of choices. I love your thick crazy hair, it's so soft and fun to play with; and since you've been such a good sport I've gotten to play with it a lot. Your smile always brightens my day, from the traditional happy smile to the goofy smile. And your lips are so soft and welcoming and inviting..." Her eyes rolled back to him, the deep blue color twinkling. "I've always found you physically attractive, I guess you could say I have a thing for skinny guys; but the fact that you're toned and now with this additional muscle; it's very hot. I love the fact that you can pick me up and hold me with ease. But I'd have to say, most of all; I love your eyes."

Nod left her as she scooted closer to him. "Those eyes have seen me through good times and bads, they hold a playful twinkle, a goofy gaze or an 'I told you so' stare and all of those I love. I can't really explain or other than when I look into your eyes, I know that everything will be okay. When you rolled over to keep me from getting hurt by Rick I looked up at you and exhausted and hurt, you're eyes told me everything would be okay..." Tilting her head she pulled her long legs out in front of her and dropped her hourglass figure back onto her bed, tucking her small hands under her head; her deep blue eyes twinkling up at him as that smile only for Peter curled the corner of her full lips. "How about you stroke my ego and tell me what you find is my best physical feature?"

Peter listened to her, smiling at her answers. he didn't think she thought all those things were attractive, and smirked a bit at the comment of his muscle. He always had some... he did skate a lot, and climb to places to get a good shot for a picture, but ever since he became Spider-Man, his muscles became a bit larger, more tone, and hard... Another thing he was grateful for when he got bitten by the Spider. His soft brown eyes looked at her when she described them, a twinkle in them. As she described how they made her feel safe, Peter couldn't help but think of the night that happened only yesterday... He was exhausted, every bit of him ached, and he thought how easy it would have been to let it just happen... for him to just die... But he couldn't, not when Lexi was a target. Not when his city was as well. Lexi screaming "no" gave him that spark of strength. He couldn't use it to speak to her, to tell it would be fine, but his eyes did all the talking...

When she fell on to her bed, Peter couldn't resist, he laid down as well, then rolled on top her her, his fingers running through her dark hair. "Where do I begin..." He said, giving a face of deep thought, then smiled. "Your soft velvet skin is pretty good... your finger tips...the smell of your perfume... and Don't even get me started on those eyes. I have been hit by many things that haven't knocked me down before, but with your eyes looking at me with a smile, i fall to my knees with my heart melted." Peter said softly with a laugh. "but the thing i absolutely cannot resist is when you bite your lip..." He said with a large smile, staring at the large, soft, and loving lips. "that's a surefire way for you to be kissed at extreme amounts." Peter said with a smile,

With how long Peter and Lexi had been friends, their ability to communicate without any words had become a trait that would work to their advantage. When Peter would get a lecture about returning Lexi home late from homework nights, she would stand behind her parents and talk to him telling him she was sorry as her parents would wag their fingers and tell him no no no. Boring lectures in class would turn humorous when Lexi and Peter would make eye contact and the two would have little conversations flicking their eyes at people as if asking questions and receiving answers. It was a barrel of fun for the two to communicate back and forth and they still did it to this day.

Upon him climbing on top of her, a large smile spread across her face showing her white teeth. His large hand in her raven hair made her skull tingle in a way no one ever had. She loved the feeling of his touch; no one had ever made her feel the way he did. When he climbed on top of her, she was curious to know if he could hear her heart throbbing in her chest with nerves. She couldn’t believe how many things he listed off and her eyes got wider and wider as his list went on, then softened as she smiled up at him; her blue eyes twinkling as he said it took her to make him fall to his knees. When he said about her biting her lips her cheeks flushed red, she hadn’t heard that before and it wasn’t until her encounter with Spider-Man and her feelings for Peter began to develop. At first it was nerves than it became a playful flirty thing and she had no intention of stopping, especially hearing that he actually liked it.

She pulled her hands from behind her head and slowly allowed them to travel down his back before turning them around and bringing her fingertips back up his shirt covered back, her small nails digging ever-so-lightly into his back. “Is there, any other questions you have for me?” She asked in a questioning yet teasing voice as her bottom lip curled under as she bit on it lightly. She wanted to make sure they had everything out in the open before their relationship expanded any more.

Peter couldn't think straight with her nails digging in to his back lightly, her biting her lip, and her eyes teasing him. Words couldn't describe how badly he wanted to kiss lexi's pink lips. He gave a small grunt of frustration, then laughed and smiled. "You are teasing me way too much." He said with a laugh. "I can't think straight..."

He moved his lips to her cheeks then trailed down to her neck, kissing lightly. "You do understand what you're committing to, right? Not only are you going to be dating the least popular kid in highschool, you are also going to be dating a guy whose very hated by criminals..." He said against her skin... If anyone ever found out that Spider-Man was peter... Their first target would be the people he loved the most... Aunt May and Lexi would be in danger... He wanted to make sure she knew that danger...

As he let out a grunt she let go of her lip and allowed the corners of the lips to turn into a smirk. “I’m sorry my dear, it’s fun.” She said with a small nod as the smirk stayed implanted on her lips. Her hands traveled back down his back, it was too fun for her not to tease him; she liked him and reminding him what he had by keeping her flirtatious ways towards him and him alone allows them to keep things fresh. “Teasing?” She said playfully. “Teasing if for something you can’t have; this is flirting, which means you can have it and I’m only ever going to flirt with you.”

Her neck rolled away from his head, giving him more room to kiss as her breath caught and her heart skipped a beat. His soft lips pressed against her smooth skin created an intoxicating feeling. A small moan left her than she realized he had asked her a question. A long breathe left her as her heart pounded in her chest. “I would have committed sooner had I known you had feelings for me. Nothing’s going to stop me from loving you.” A small gasp left her lips as he breathed softly on her neck. “Ooohhh Peter…..” She said softly as her eyes closed; opening her mouth, she tried to say something more but all that came out was a soft moan as her nails dug into his back again.

"This is only flirting, right?" He asked against her skin again, kissing it gently. Her moans were music to his ears... Soon enough. Her words of love were encouragement as he trailed his lips up to her lips, and bit her bottom lip gently, not being able to resist, then kissing her full of passion. His first kiss, his first love, and his first girlfriend. The only one he wanted his whole life... And he was hers. He didn't want to be anything else.

Although he really didn't want to, he looked at his watch, and sighed, looking at her, running a hand trough her hair. "I have a city I have to swing around for a bit..." He said, not wanting to say it... But with great power comes great responsibility. He kissed her again, still laying on top of her, until finally he have a sigh and rolled off her. It was times like these where he wished he wasn't Spider-Man...

The passion, the embrace, the fire! It was nothing like Lexi had ever felt before. Electricity running through her body, her mind a blur, her heart pounding like a drum, her hands leaving not a single section of his back untouched with her lightly pressed in nails oh it was accelerating; nothing that she had ever felt before!!!

Slowly he began to pull away but his words, well they made sense. “I know my dear.” She said softly as she rose up from the bed. She leaned up against his chest, her hand dancing up it and to his neck before going through his hair. “But I think it’s a good idea if you leave from the front door so my parents don’t think you’re trying to get fresh with me.” Giving him a small nod she stood up and turned to her mirror, flattening her hair before he grabbed his backpack and she put her hand in his.

“Mom, Dad, Peter’s leaving.” The echoes of cheerful good byes echoed through the house as he left. Leading him outside, she walked him down the footpath and to the street. Wrapping her arms around his neck one last time she rested her forehead against his with a cheeky grin. “Go show those bad guys that this is your city and they should know better than to think they can get away with anything while Spider-Man is around.” She gave him one more good kiss before turning back around and walking to her house, her hips swaying a bit more than normal before she got her door she turned around, blowing him a kiss and giving him a wink before going inside. Oh yes, she had the best and bravest boyfriend in the world!

Peter said his goodbyes to Mister and Misses Rogers, but it was Lexi's goodbye that he liked very much. He hugged her, and returned her kiss. He laughed at her comment, and nodding. "I'll make sure they know." Peter assured her, watching her walk, extremely tempted to run up and keep her in his arms for much longer... he smiled wide at her blowing a kiss at him. He couldn't stop smiling as he made his way to a quiet place and changing back in to his suit... and once in it he couldn't hold his happiness in any longer. He would zip extremely fast through the skyscrapers, leaping on to them, running on the side, then leaping to another one, giving yells of joy as free fell closer and closer to the streets before saving himself at the last second, and going sideways in mid air as he went through a gap between a cargo truck and its trailer. His mind was on Lexi. His girlfriend. His best friend, and his love...

The next morning came around, and Peter as always slept in thanks to another late night fire. Peter had a flaming beam hit him on the head as he saved an elderly man from his apartment... so he had a major head ache when he woke up, and a large bump, as well as ash marks still on his face. He quickly washed his face, put on his usual clothes, and ran out the door holding a piece of toast, and rode off for school. He burst in to first period. "Here! Peter Parker is here!" He panted, looking at the teacher in the front of class. He sighed. "Is it really that hard to wake up on time, Mister Parker? Please take your seat..." He said. Peter nodded. Most teachers didn't care if he was late, because he had over a 100 percent in most classes, even if he does sleep in them...

He saw that Harry Osborne and he shared the same first period, Harry beaming at him, giving him a nod... Little did he know that he was in Peter's favorite spot. He returned the smile, still not forgetting the look he gave Lexi last night. Harry then noticed the large bump on Peter's head, giving him a look of "what happened?"

Peter silently mimed that a shelf fell on his head this morning, Harry laughed silently, and mouthed "i'm sorry man!" Peter simply shrugged and gave a smirk, turning to face the teacher.

The night went by rather simply for Lexi, a quick shower and changing into pajamas, she fell asleep to the sweet sounds of the night echoing in through her open window. Her mind replayed the past few nights, her discovery of who Spider-Man was and his willing-ness to protect her with his life, the new boyfriend she gained and the return of their old mutual friend. It was a good weekend despite Rick Archer going crazy.

The next morning rolled around too fast for Lexi’s liking and due to her ruined car, she had to take the bus to school. Her mind was elsewhere as she looked out the window onto the passing city. Her mind was boggled with happy thoughts, disappointed that she didn’t have a class with Peter until third period she let out a long disappointed sigh. Maybe they’d have the class with Harry, it was chemistry and the three could probably get out early enough to wakl somewhere for lunch.

Her first class was boring, as expected and so was the second and like always; Lexi was the first one into chemistry; something she always hurried to in order to save Peter and her the best table. A table in the corner where they eould talk and goof off while still getting their work done. Placing her stuff down she tugged at the sun dress she had chosen to wear today, a soft yellow color that stopped at her knees before sitting down. Running her hands through her straight black hair she turned her blue gaze to the door to see Peter enter with Harry at his side. She waved at them brightly and flagged them over, yay they had a class together!

Peter noticed that in the school many people wore Spider-Man style clothing. People had a picture of them on their shirts, others just wore red or blue, and others had "I heart Spider-Man!" on many places of their body. What annoyed him the most was that Flash Thompson wore one, saying how he was his biggest fan... "Yeah, like Spider-Man would approve of your actions, buddy.." He thought to himself. Peter was stopped by Harry with a grin, wearing some regular clothes, but still looked tall and muscular. "Hey, Pete! you have chemistry next?"

"Yeah!" Peter said with a smile.

"Oh great! That means you can help me in it just like good times!"

Peter smiled and together they made their way to the classroom. "So I heard on the news that Spider-Man saved a ton of people in a burning fire last night... Does this guy stay up all night or what?"

"Yeah, very late... I'm guessing at least." Peter added, shrugging. "This guy is amazing! and I noticed that all the pictures of him, you managed to get! I always see 'photo by Peter Parker' in the corner! How do you get so lucky?" He asked. Peter shrugged again. "I just go where the excitement is, and manage to get a quick picture." He said, while in reality he usually sets up his camera on a timer, stick it on to a building, and he would collect it and see the close up pictures.

They walked in to chemistry, and Peter's heart skipped a beat when he saw Lexi, looking just as beautiful as ever. He waved at her as she did to them, and Peter made sure he got the seat right next to Lexi. He placed his backpack down, and waited for the class to start, while Harry kept asking questions about this Spider-Man guy... Peter tried his best to give him unbiased, ordinary answers as best as he could, hoping he wouldn't slip and reveal his secret.

The arrival of the boys was exciting. Lexi gave them a big grin as they arrived inside and was happy to see that Peter made an effort to sit next to her. Upon his arrival to the seat, she placed her hand gently on his knee with a soft smile, a smile only for Peter. That was until Harry pulled her attention to him and asked her questions about Spider-Man. Of course, like any giggling girl fan would, she answered them to the best of her abilities but unlike any girl dating Spider-Man, she left out a lot of information people would love to know but shouldn’t know.

“I met Spider-Man because of, ironically a fire, I was the last to get out of the building and he pulled me out before returning to save a young man from the fire. Everyone was out and everyone was safe. That’s when I asked him to swing by and do the interview. I asked him a few questions and he flew off. It’s important to keep them brief so they’re short-lived answers which made it nice to talk to him. Then when the Green Goblin character showed and demanded Spider-Man and I show up; he had my parents I couldn’t just sit back and do nothing. So I meant him then too, not only did he protect me and my family but all the students as well and that was amazing. A photo in the paper where Spider-Man was bringing me down from the building seemed to be misleading to the Green Goblin and he assumed something was going on between us. What he didn’t know was that night, before everything happened, I had expressed my feelings to Peter.” With that she gave him a bright smile and turned to Peter before her eyes went wide, she couldn’t keep herself from asking even though she already knew what happened. “What happened?”
