Her words meant the world to him, but he was rather embarrassed that he had no clue she liked him for so long. Peter Parker was many things, but he was never known for being the lady killer. He knew he liked her just as much, if not more... But with the social ladder he thought he would just pull her down... He didn't care now, nor will he ever again. He didn't need to have a group of people saying how much of a dork Peter was. All he needed was the loving stare Lexi gave and he knew it would be alright... "I don't know... I think i'm the happier one." He said teasingly, giving a smile. "You are brave, and strong, and so smart, and funny, and really adorable... you're my rock when i feel angry, or alone... You're the person i can go to when i need to talk. You're the person i can do anything with and still have the best time in the world... And now that you know I'm the web slinger himself, we can do a lot more things."
And with that he let her go, and shot webs out of both wrists at two walls to form a hammock out of web, slanted slightly so the view was still visible. "Aunt May will understand if we're a bit late... She knows i take my grades pretty seriously." He said with a wink, falling backwards on to the hammock. It wasn't sticky, or gross... it was just like sitting on string... He took pride in his invention. In short bursts or long strings it would stick to objects, but when spread out like a web itself, it was more of a cushion, so he could catch falling civilians without them sitting there for hours waiting for the firefighters.
