So I'm thinking of doing a WW2 RP, similiar to the Antiquity and WW3, anyone interested to play?. It's like HOI3 where you can play as any nation from the time period. The time-span is from 1933 - 1964.
1. Absolutely under no circumtances any form of God-Modding.
2. No declaring war until 1937 for Asian countries and no declarations of war for Europe until 1938. NPC countries you can declare war on as long as it doesn't bring in any of the Allies, Axis, or Comitern nations with players
2. Countries, except for the USSR, have to deal with the effects of the Great Depression and decreased industrial capacity to produce military goods and hardware.
3. The USSR will have to deal with the effects of the Great Purge in 1938 and several famines that happened right before 1933.
4. PM when you want to send spies somewhere, you all start with 10 spies, you get 10 new ones every six months (one RL day)
5. All international incidents will reffered to the League of Nations
6. The amount of troops, tech, and other things you have is depedent on your IC (Industrial Capacity). You can focus your IC into three fields at most but if you focus all in one field you will have a significant advantage over other players
7. You can't draft 50% of your available manpower in peacetime, drafting an absurd amount within the span of a year in peacetime is fucking stupid
8. No tech from 1944 in 1933 (P-51s, T-34's, Tiger 2 Tanks)
9. One year is equal to 2 Day for now.
10. Puppets can't form their own alliances (Dominions can't ally with nations at war the UK)
11. All puppets and Domions have access to their master's blue prints

14. When the time comes for Declarations of War Democracies need Causis Bellis to go to war. Dictatorships like the USSR, Germany, Italy, and Japan do not require these to go to war.
