Kane blushed and followed her and Alice. "I'm walking with you two..I have no one else to follow. And I like talking to Alice.." He froze and quickly said "and Selia." He knew he sounded awkward

Selia sighed, flipping over Alice's arm and punching in a few codes, she turned off Alice's hearing. "Right, if you like talking to the robot more then me. I'm fine with it. Just take care of her and leave me alone." With that she turned Alice back on, smiling and patting her on the back. "Sorry about that Alice, I just wanted to know if the passwords were the same. Your going to be with Kane okay?"

Alice looked around nervously and then encrypted her codes so they would take massive amounts of time to hack into. She then looked between kane and Selia, "You have to come to..." A scared look filled her face, "...W-What if...He...shows up?" She of course, was referring to her brother Guilt. Alice grabbed Selia's arm, "Please...I don't feel safe without you..." It was true that Alice was fast but her fire power was nothing compared to Guilt's.

Selia sighed as Alice mentioned Guilt, her father should have shut that idiotic robot down years ago. He was far too dangerous to be roaming around like he was. "I know Alice, trust me though. You'll be fine with Kane, he has powers too. And remember, I can die. I won't be around forever like you. Someday you need to have other friends." Selia hoped that wasn't too rough, and so she smiled awkwardly and quickly followed with. "Not that I'll die anytime soon. It's just that real mortals need friends."

Alice thought about that and a sick realization crossed her. She was doomed to outlive everyone she ever loved, she would go right on living even if every single person on earth died...she would go on living alone. She wanted to cry, she wanted to scream and throw a fit to make a scene but most of all she wanted this sneaking feeling that no matter what one day she was going to be alone, to go away. Alice forced herself to smile and nodded softly, "Y-You could become like me..." Alice face was filled with dread and a touch of sorrow, "I...I just don't want to be alone..." Alice made herself smile again, "Yeah...I need friends!" she giggled cutely but under that was this feeling of pain.

Kane said "I promise to protect you Alice... I won't let anyone hurt you..." Though he wondered who he would need to protect her from. He said to Alice "I can absorb energy..." He frowned hearing what she said. He could also use the energy he absorb to increase his superhuman abilities and help him stay young and live longer. "Alice...I can use my powers to stay young and live longer. I can be with you.." David said smiling

Walt over heard the conversation with Alice and kane. when he heard Kane talk about how he could be with her by making himself younger, Walt transformed into Cupid and moved over to them, "Oh I think I smell love in the air"

He then transformed into a stereotypical french man and put on a fake french accent, "It alights my soul madam and Monsieur to a spark of romance in such serious lines of business."

Walt burst out laughing and changed back to normal, clutching at his sides.

"Please just don't become like this guy Kane" Walt said as he transformed into Edward Cullen. he the changed back to normal and laughed even harder, having to bend over.

Morgan had moved his attention back to the town itself. Despite being a Martian he had never seen so much green in his life, well non talking green anyway. "This is so rad!"

Alice eyes went wide and her face filled with embarrassment she looked at Walt and shook her head, "No...Its not...We are just friends...I just met him..." She turned towards Kane and gave him a smile, "Thank you Kane...but...I fear you will not be strong enough to protect me from what hunts me..." Her eyes filled with fear, "My brother...Hes like me...But stronger...Colder...I fear him..." Her only memory of Guilt was when he found her during her first test and nearly destroyed her, she would have died if Cyborg hadn't stepped in and saved her, "He will stop at nothing...One day...He will kill me..." Alice looked to Selia because Selia was the only other person who knew that Alice was right.

Robin woke up not to long after going to bed, his muscles sore. He boots up the holo-pc and starts looking through the surveillance cams in the building. "Interesting... our team is growing at a amazing rate... all just teenagers." He says thinking out loud. "This will be fun... but dangerous..." He starts thinking about the villains he has faced and the villains he's heard about. "Strength in numbers... I suppose..." He says.

Kane bluhsed at what Walt said. "Im just trying to be nice...we just met...and were just friends." He smiled back at Alice. "Maybe..but I will hold him off as long as I am alive...I was made to take on Superman..." Kane said smiling again. He saw how serious thi was and put a hand on her shoulder. "I promise I will stop him if he attacks....." he looked at her then at Selia

Selia had been laughing with Walt, she couldn't help herself. For once his joke was...hilarious. She turned back to Alice and Kane, as soon as Kane looked her way Selia scowled, he was getting Alice's hopes up. "Hey, Kane. I really think you should stop, A-my sister, has enough to deal with. You can start making moves on her when she is taught about love."

'Excellent work, Kane.' Robin thinks studying the art of romance was one of the many hobbies he had. The other comment made Robin laugh... 'Silly girl, Robots can't feel emotions...'

Selia looked at Robin, clenching her fists and huffing. Until she had enough. She pounced on the Boy Wonder and growled, trying her absolute hardest to hit the small boy in the face, turning when and if he did, and carrying out her vicious attack.

Walt laughed when Kane replied talking about he was made to take down Superman.

"You are aware that Superman can drag our planet right? Somehow I doubt you are stronger than that when it took all of us to escape Cadmus" Walt to Kane with a chuckle.

I smile aa i walk with Morgon, already out of sight of the others as we head to the Mall.

Morgan smiles as he walks. "Sooo Ashley what's our first stop?" He said in a up beat tone.

"Clothing, so i can get rid of these clothes. I need something to wear..." I say smiling

"Well I think you look pretty now... er I mean in these clothes... er I don't mean you wouldn't look pretty in something else I just... I'll just be quite now." Morgan stammered out as he developed a deep blush.

"Oh...ummmm..." I look away, blushing "...i just need some more normal clothes..."

Morgan nodded, his face deep red as he blushed. He began to play with his collar as he tried to think of what to say. "...sorry." He says softly.
