No, it's the reverse, earth years are shorter, which makes Martians older in earth years

Oh there is the confusion, that's what I meant. He is chronologically 48 in earth years but that is human biological equivalent of a 16 year old

XD actually he would have to be 48 in Human years, so so he would be 16 in Martian

Sure, except Raven wouldn't have a daughter or sidekick, Cyborg could have a sidekick but not a daughter, and Poison Ivy might have a daughter but who is the Father?
if you make the Poison Ivy one, you need a father & ties to a hero

My suggestions
Father: Batman, a Plant, or Bane

Ties to Hero: Batman finds Her & Tries training her, before deciding to send her to the team, Batman finds her and sends her to another hero who can help train her

(As you can tell I focused on batman when thinking of this)

I was thinking Raven&BeastBoy, seeing as they have had a relationship, she also has the Gothboy that was a love interest more then once in the comics. For Cyborg it would be him and Sarah Simms.

But I agree on the fact it is unlikely, so it could be either;

Raven's daughter or BeastBoy's.

Posion Ivy's daughter even though that would be weird. And I probably need permission to have her be Batman's daughter seeing as we have Robin.

Or Cyborg's sidekick but with a lot of perks.

Well since beast boy is Garth from the Logan Animal Sanctuary in Bialiya, he might not be available, since he is a normal human at this point
