If that turns out true somehow, I'm going to make a "Star Wars: The Empire Strikes Back"-esque poster for absolutely no reason at all.Not like I'm going to make it anyway (lol)
Do et.
Despite the fact that the possibility of that being true is extremely low. But...............................................................maybe.

It's like in music. When you have a long string of eighth notes, there's an implied crescendo, the measure has direction to it. It's not flat and static, it grows and has forward momentum......
So much this. If you just had a bunch of eighth notes and no dynamics (metaphor here = a long time of no forward moving actiony plot stuff and just dialogue/hanging out), you wouldn't just play them all the same. Unless it's Stravinsky.
So, let me know what you guys want to do. A) Lazy Day w/o TSB) Lazy Day w/ TS (aka move on with plots shit.)C) Fate Encounter (Which last forever.)I'm fine with whatever. Just know that I'm not going to be on all the time.
My thoughts.
1) We pretty much just had a lazy day. I mean...not really, if you consider the fact that this entire season has been one day up until...just now, but as soon as the training segment started it was pretty much do whatever for many IRL weeks.
2) If we do choose a lazy day, we might as well wrap up the season and start Season Three. (Assuming them going back to the Academy is Season Three). I'm cool with doing a lazy day, but we'd basically have dialogue and nothing else to go by, and while that's sort of the entire point of the roleplay, as strapped for momentum as we've been I think it would be better to move on. That said...part of me doesn't want to leave the island. Lol. Maybe we can return another time?
3) The Fate thing would be cool/fun, but I feel like unless we forcibly go to another part of the island we need a change of scenery. We could always do the Fate arc at the Academy.
4) My overall (extremely biased) opinion is that we should hit up dat Season Three. I'm very much itching to introduce Mizuki and get sparks flying with...well, everyone, really. But especially Maria. :D Playing the thorn in everyone's sides is going to be wonderful.
And also begs the question of whether we want to stay here or move to Yuku. I enjoy Yuku but I can understand if we also just want to stay here.
My thoughts on this.
1) I'm cool with whatever. My perennial RP mantra, "s'all good", applies here.
2) I made the Yuku and I'd quite like to see it used, but at this point it's been long enough that it really doesn't matter to me either way. Somehow, by some stroke of sheer fortitude, that slow-moving fighter pilot RP I'm in is still afloat, so I wouldn't be leaving the Guild entirely if we moved to the Yuku.
3) If we transfer to the Yuku I'd prefer it to be a unanimous vote.
If you ask, I'm sure someone could PM you the link. Or you could just find it on the pad, if it's still around. I haven't gotten on it at all... so yeah.
It's literally athalia.yuku.com. Easiest link ever. As soon as everyone joins I would set it so that not only could only approved members post (as it is now), but only approved members can even view the page at all. Ebil, I think you, Triple A and chukklehed are the only ones not on it yet.
The pad is still around, I check it periodically. Nobody is ever on when I'm on. I actually put a little hello message on the Carlily pad the other day just 'cause.

Csn that be a miley Cyrus parody?"I came in like a meteor!"
Fun fact: last semester I recorded a complete album with a big band and one of the tunes we did was a heavily modified Wrecking Ball, done in a 12/8 Latin bembe style (I know that means so much to you...lol. I don't know another way to put it though.) with folkloric singing in the middle. Pretty killin'.
P.S./Completely Unrelated: Pharros and Moon's Tale like completely died. Lol.
