The two priests of Death moved side by side, until they arrived at the scene of the crime. Aisyle, and Ellysia, the latter with a hole in her head. Kami frowned, as she recieved the images, and made a quick decision. It was obvious the pair had caused trouble, and although her two Death Priests were a dangerous force not to doubt, having both been minor metas themselves before transformation, she didn't like the odds of fighting both Dark and Aissyle at the same time, as it appeared the elusive personality had awakened. She did not wish to do this, of course, but she had installed measures to ensure the loyalty of Dark, at least, as well as the other occupants of Ellysia's body. Thus, a course of action was decided, and she activated her interface.
The Death Priest on the right stepped sideways, and placed a strange metallic disk on the ground, which sprayed mist into the air. Soon, a flickering image of Kami appeared, appearing three-dimensional because of the mist. A holographic projection. "Dearies, how unpleasant. Hadn't I told you that you work for me now?" Kami gestures at Dark. "that's you to, honey, as long as you're in that body. Now, in order to quickly end all this unpleasantness, miss Dark, allow me to make a proposal. If you perform service for me, I will use my honestly ridiculous funds to find you a nice new body of your own, with which you can run rampant all you want, without any restraint. As an added bonus, I'll neutralize the several toxins in your bloodstream and digestional tract that are used as insurance of your good behavior." Kami smiled, as she holds up a syringe. It was empty, of course, and had never contained the mentioned toxins, but it was more for the imagery than for accuracy. "What do you say? I think it would be a shame indeed if I were forced to kill you both. Take some time to decide."
"In the meantime, it looks like Aisyle has a nice new body! And it's cute as well. I assume you want to kill me now? You have that whole 'wrath' feel about you. Not that you have any way of locating me in any way, of course, apart from ripping Miracle Square down to it's foundations. And we both know how that'll end." Kami smiled, as she sat back. "But who am I to deny a strapping young man his vengeance? For you, how about this: you work for me, and I'll let you try and kill me. We both know that if you disagree, even if you can defeat two of my Death Priests, you have no idea where I am, and I know everything about you. I could simply drop a nuclear bomb on your location. With a new world to explore, I have no more need to preserve this rathole of a city." Kami looked around, pleased that she had achieved her goal. Even if the two of them disagreed and became problems, a single well-placed nuclear weapon would deal with them presently, and althugh it would be a tragic loss, it would not be an unforgivable one.
Wiper's blade was ready. A tension, a preparation for the uncoming combat, as for a moment, it seemed Wiper would strike at the Demon. But Wiper reevaluated. The jump had not been an attack. There was no threat. Whereas Wiper remained at the ready, it lowered it's weapon, moving out of the combat stance it had adopted. Once more going over the situation, Wiper came to the conclusion that negotiations had been concluded succesfully, and that it's services were no longer of necessity in this location. With a graceful movement, Wiper stepped into the shadows, there was a blur, and the mysterious assassin was gone from both sight and sense, as if it had never been there at all, leaving only the trace spiritual energy of the activation of a meta power.
Johnathan, for his part, gracefully bowed, and turned away. "How gracious of you. I beg you to follow me, Appolyon, as we approach Miracle Square. It's design is as such that no intruder can penetrate it's design, and I must ask you to follow my movements exactly, lest you set off a trap, and cause complications." It was a thinly veiled threat. They did not wish Appolyon to think them defenseless, or rather, Kami did not. Furthermore, this was to prevent him from moving into areas that he was not meant to go. No doubt, Kami would have rigged a system to ensure he did not abuse the hospitality to launch an attack, although what form this system would take, was as of yet unknown. Johnathan led Appolyon through the busy streets of Fear, as streets cleared before the Demon and the Priests. Rumors started, and whispers spread like wildfire, as a connection was formed between Appolyon and God's Tears. Earlier, Kami had already anounced her control of Fault, and taken together, these events seemed to be putting Kami in a place of supreme power, although there were an equal amount of rumors of Appolyon taking over God's Tears.
As the escort reached Miracle Square, Appolyon was led into a house, as a fake wall was removed, and down into what seemed like a sewer system, except maintained exceptionally well. Johnathan leads Apollyon through this system following some invisible guidance route, until he reaches what appears to be nothing, until another fake wall is removed. Johnathan then types a code into a panel, and, instead of a door opening, what appears to be a portal appears in midair, devised through science rather than magic. Instant transportation to any location. Johnathan steps through the portal, and it remains open, beckoning for Appolyon to follow.
