Kami found himself suddenly alone, as everyone had gone off in different directions, and suddenly realized he was horribly, horribly lost. He had no clue where he was. He had been following his target before, but they were pretty deep into the city right now. Certainly far deeper than Kami had ever bothered going before he became a superhero. He kinda sat there, as he realized how stupid it would be for the mighty Kami to not know the way home. He could ask someone, and sacrifice his pride.... or he could go see if he could find the other supers. He could always ask someone for directions later. Furthermore, he had the feeling that all the action was happening without him, whihc was a sad thing - If he was going to be a hero, he'd need to be in the thick of action.
Shooting off like a lightning bolt at first, Kami quickly slowed down when the webby trail down the tunnels ended. Although it had been fairly simple spotting the bright red strands of web and following the trail of nets, he had no idea where this person had gone after this point, which was probably the intention. He felt like an important villain had just escaped, and he'd pay for it later. Or maybe it was like with Catwoman, and they'd team up together against Bane in the end. But the only way either of those things were going to happen was if Kami could actually manage to find her, and hopefully the dog man as well.
Luckily for Kami, at that moment, a voice echoed throough the tunnels. It wasn't loud, but it in places like this, sound can carry for miles. Smiling, confidence restored, Kami shot off after the source of the sounds, having recognized the voice as belonging to the woman. There was another voice as well - probably the Wolverine-esque guy - whihc helped Kami, and he soon arrived at the section of the tunnels where the conversation was supposedly taking place.
For a moment, Kami couldn't see the pair. Had the echoes fooled him into taking a wrong turn? He was just about to curse his luck and leave when something moved, and he saw them a little whiles away, where they had been previously hidden from his sight by a large intersecting pipe. Whew. Almost lost them there. Kami built up his resolve, sure he'd be able to solve this all, and become the hero of the day, walking up to the pair, his footsteps echoing through the complex tunnel systems.
"You won't be able to leave ME behind that easily!" He said confidently, smiling brightly. He was having loads of fun. Aside from almost getting lost, this was working out great! Although he had kind of hoped for a big battle, and a chance to try out fighting baddies, he enjoyed being able to play the part of the hero as well. "I'm here to arrest this woman."
